This is where I take visitors from out of town. This is where I encourage people to try it out for a special meal. LOVE this place. EVERYTHING is good. Bacon bomb app? Yes, please. Shrimp and grits? The BEST this side of Savannah (better here, really). From salads to kebabs, everything on the menu is good. The service is friendly. And the prices are very, very reasonable. I’ve never had a disappointing meal from the Front Porch.

We enjoyed our visit! The food was quite good, and we appreciated that the patio was pet-friendly and they brought a water bowl and a treat for our doggy. Overall, we would definitely return. We had a burger with sweet potato fries and chicken wings and left satisfied.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. A definite date night destination. We had lunch and it was great. We shared the dip trio consisting of hummus, pimento cheese and chicken salad. All three were unique and tasty. My wife had the seared Mahi with rice and asparagus. I had the shrimp scampi with pasta. Super light and very fresh. I would highly recommend visiting here.

We've had several to-go orders from here and haven't experienced anything less than great food. We've tried several unique offerings that were amazing. Fast, friendly service, too.

Restaurantji Recommends
Hidden gem. I LOVE THIS PLACE. These photos are from my first visit but now I'm obsessed with their wings and that's what I get every single time. Get half Korean half Lemon Pepper. SO good. Fries and ranch. I'm drooling just thinking about it. And they're fast. And I do enjoy their other foods that I've had. My boyfriend liked his buffalo wrap.

Lower atmosphere only because it was overly loud- just seemed to not have great acoustics.
Bryan was awesome (aka laughed at my jokes) great recommendations and just the right level of service.
The ahi tuna and special trigger fish were delicious-
Oh and good local beer selection too!

Disappointing Experience Despite Promising Ambiance
We really wanted to like this place. The location is charming, and the outdoor seating area provides a lovely ambiance, perfect for a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for.
The first red flag was the drink I ordered. It was incredibly bitter and almost undrinkable. Hoping that the food would redeem our visit, we were quickly disappointed. Neither of us could finish our meals because they were just not good. To make matters worse, we both felt ill later that evening.
The final straw was the fire alarm, which went off about a quarter of the way into our meal. It blared incessantly, disrupting the entire dining experience. While I understand that the fire alarm was not the restaurant's fault, what was disappointing was the lack of response from the staff. No one came to speak to us, explain the situation, or even offer an apology for the inconvenience.
Overall, our meal here was disappointing. Despite the nice location and good ambiance, the poor quality of the food and drink, coupled with the unaddressed disruption, left us regretting our choice.

The food and staff were amazing. I ordered the Pull Pork Stack, and the mixture of the bbq sauce complemented the greens perfectly. The fried grit cake balanced the taste.

Food was okay. Got the bread pudding to go, opened it to discover mold all over the top.
