I was excited to try this place after reading so many good reviews. Customer service was great and the atmosphere was great. I ordered my food and it came out pretty fast. I checked my ordered before i left and appeared to be correct. When i got home to put my order together, what i thought was white bbq sauce was actually queso dip. I ordered the pull pork stack and quickly became very disappointed. It was a simple mistake but it cost me my meal. The grilled chicken sandwich was 10/10 and sweet potato fries were 10/10.

I’m confused on why online they stated Front Porch was going to be open at 4pm for dinner & yet when arrived at 5:30pm they were closed…? Was going to be our first time there but waste of my time.

We've tried to eat here twice now and they are closed with no update to their hours online. After driving 20 minutes to get there to find a posted sharpie sign, it's just poor customer service to not update your hours on Google. We won't be trying a third time.

During a recent takeout order from Front Porch, we encountered several issues that negatively impacted our experience. The restaurant’s website indicated that sides were included with entrées, yet we were charged extra for each side on one of our orders. Additionally, there was a $2 charge for selecting “No Side,” which contradicted the online information and caused confusion.

When I called to address this, the shift manager acknowledged the website issue and promised to escalate it to the ownership team, which I appreciated. I also shared that my wife became ill shortly after eating the Porch Plate Mahi, further adding to our disappointment.

Despite waiting 48 hours, I received no follow-up. In a subsequent call, another manager, Jeff, was dismissive and rude, downplaying the importance of customer feedback and online reviews. He stated, in a condescending tone, that Front Porch was a $2.5M company and my review “wouldn’t matter.”

Customer feedback is vital for any business, and dismissing it can harm both reputation and revenue. I respectfully request direct follow-up from either of the owners, Jeremy H or John G, to address these concerns.

I’d like to confirm if the managers that I spoke with are “brand ambassadors” and demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction that represents their expected business model.

This is a fantastic place to eat. Played Ross Bridge Golf Course and had a recommendation to go here. Brandy, met us and from that moment she set a fun and friendly mood. Most people don’t realize that the server IS the face of the company and she was kind, cheerful and full of wit and spared with me from the beginning. The food was very good and everything she recommended was fabulous! I hope you are lucky enough to get Brandy as your server. She made our day brighter!!
