Full Moon Bar-B-Que Reviews
Prices are way to high for what’s offered. Mac n cheese was gummy and tasted like watery pepper. Fries were crunchy and not salted at all!! It was 37$ and some change for two plates and I checked my card next day, they charged me $45 and some change🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is not okay, I definitely would not have paid $45 for the quality of food received!
To have only decent bbq and then to put a puke like substance you call “chow chow” all over my food without asking is just absurd. I ordered over $40 in food for the kids and I tonight. Ended up scraping a good portion of contaminated meat in the trash. Food allergies are a thing. Maybe someone has to get sick and sue before you change your procedures but at least ask before you ruin my order with your vomit like substance.

I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.

Full Moon Bar-B-Que offers a drive-through option, although wait times can be around 15 minutes. The combo meal featuring chicken and brisket received mixed reviews, with the brisket highly praised for its seasoning and tenderness, while the chicken had good flavor but lacked in texture. The baked beans were a highlight. Despite an order mix-up, service was described as professional and kind. The restaurant is known for its lively atmosphere and is highly recommended for its ribs, catfish, chocolate pie, and moon cookies.
The food, service, and atmosphere were great, but there was one table and seats in the back that needed cleaning. The guy taking the order up front was friendly, fast, and efficient, and the BBQ sandwich was very tasty and good. Parking was a bit tight during lunch, but customers were able to find a spot in front of the door.
The 2 or 3 bone BBQ rib sandwich is always meaty, with enough bread, pickles, and extra sauce in cups. The food is always delicious, and the drive-thru service is quick even when it's very busy. The guy at the drive-thru steered the customer in the right direction, suggesting side items that would complement the meal.
The service and food were great, and the staff went above and beyond to make the customer's order right, even after a bad day. The customer highly recommends this restaurant.
