Prices are way to high for what’s offered. Mac n cheese was gummy and tasted like watery pepper. Fries were crunchy and not salted at all!! It was 37$ and some change for two plates and I checked my card next day, they charged me $45 and some change🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is not okay, I definitely would not have paid $45 for the quality of food received!

To have only decent bbq and then to put a puke like substance you call “chow chow” all over my food without asking is just absurd. I ordered over $40 in food for the kids and I tonight. Ended up scraping a good portion of contaminated meat in the trash. Food allergies are a thing. Maybe someone has to get sick and sue before you change your procedures but at least ask before you ruin my order with your vomit like substance.
Guarantee if you remove it off the menu nobody would miss it.

I made a trip of 20 miles just to get family loaded baker potatoes and my lick they were out and wait time was 30 mins. Well I waited and when they were ready a young lady came out and let me know. Can’t complain about service. And Im glad I waited, it was worth it. Even though I forgot my sons corn on cob he forgave me.

We have passed by for a awhile now and never stopped. We love the Birmingham location and assumed it would be just as good. We finally tried it and it was awful! I am not sure how the rib tips and rips we got had ZERO bbq flavor at all. It was like they had been baked in an oven with very little flavor! It was also not the same portion size as the Birmingham location, there was so much less and a lot of my tips were burned and inedible. Even the fries were half the portion and although hot, they did not have a drop of salt or flavor. The ribs were a little more tender but even some of those were over done on the end. We had to put them in our insta pot to soften them. I don't leave many reviews but seriously this location was so disappointing.

Service was great. Ribs were not fresh but tender in spots with hints that they were seasoned well. It’s just a shame these seemed slightly more than well done. Overcooked some or just plain old ribs. This is a restaurant I usually frequent but may need to take a break from. The ribs actually appear lighter in these images due to being taken with the flash on. Sometimes things happen but hopefully this won’t happen frequently.

The meat and Chow Chow are great. However, and i am not exaggerating, they must train staff to refuse to give you what you order and to take responsibility Fir mistakes. 8 of the last 10 times my order has been incorrect and when it is nobody says they are sorry. This across all locations. It is such a shame. Once the store managertoldme my meat was not cold. It was the temperature of the Refridgerator. When the manager touched it at my table: “Itis supposed to be that temp.” when food is left at the table, servers dash away before you can explaunit is the wrong order. i have managed people for 50 years. If trained and helpaccountable they do not behave this way. From the top poor service has to be allowed. It is sad I'm done. Never again.

I ate there couple months ago and was my first time to eat at any of their locations. The food, service and atmosphere were great however there was one table and seats in the back that needed cleaning. The guy taking the order up front was friendly, fast and efficient and the BBQ sandwich was very tasty and good.I had a pulled pork sandwich and fries (big which I like) and a drink.
Parking: At lunch and plenty of customers, parking was a bit tight but got lucky and found a spot in front of the door.
