I always enjoy stopping by the Full Moon BBQ in Hoover. The food is consistently good, but what really stands out is the customer service. The staff is friendly every single visit, and the manager does an excellent job of setting that tone. It’s clear that consistency and care matter here, and that makes a difference.
Always great food! Exceptional service as well. We love eating here and have never had a bad experience. My husband gets the pulled pork and I usually get the chicken tenders. Never a complaint!!
