“This is where I take visitors from out of town. This is where I encourage people to try it out for a special meal. LOVE this place. EVERYTHING is good. Bacon bomb app? Yes, please. Shrimp and grits? The BEST this side of Savannah (better here, really). From salads to kebabs, everything on the menu is good. The service is friendly. And the prices are very, very reasonable. I’ve never had a disappointing meal from the Front Porch.“

“Place said they don't honor reservations on night when there is concert and show. There were both. We got there very early and it wasn't a problem. Very limited menu and they were out of two items: shrimp and calamari. Food we ordered was very good and the server Hallie (I believe) was excellent. Location great, but if you want to have a conversation ask for a table as far away from the bar as they have.“
