I've food from other hero locations before and it was good. This is our first time to the stadium Trace location. IT'S NASTY! The inside tables were dirty but nothing compared to the outside. The tables were disgusting, the chairs were worse. The floor was worse than the floor of a truck stop men's room The drink station was nasty, too. On top of that, no iced tea.

I got the power plate as take out, and was unfortunately disappointed. The avocado was partially rotten. I ate the rest, but was whole-fully disappointed. It was not appetizing. In the past hero doughnuts has been delicious. Maybe it was just this dish, but overall I would not recommend their take out.

Donuts are as good as I have eaten. I’m a Krispy Cream girl but this is really close. Toppings are yummy.

. I tried Hero Doughnuts for the first time & I was highly disappointed. I ordered the loaded hash browns $9.50 & added on chicken which was an additional $3, fine. $14-15 total. When I received my order this was what was in my plate. There was 4-5 pieces of chicken only when I paid extra to add the chicken. No more than 7 pieces of potatoes for $15? The egg was supposed to be fried & it was runny, eww. The only good thing was the flavor of the cracked sauce with chicken & potato combo. Great concept in theory, not worth the money I couldn’t get full off this & still had to eat something else. I wanted to like this so bad. Jubilee Joes up the street has a better one for brunch with ADULT sized portions. Will not be returning

I got the chicken minis and they were so gross. There was way more bun than chicken and the bun was soggy with butter and also cold in some places like it had not been heated up well which contrasted poorly with the hot chicken. The chicken itself wasn't that good either. It was very crunchy and flavorless. The coffee is good but nothing special. The cups are small so for the price you'd be better off just getting coffee elsewhere.

This place is usually awesome but seems management is letting it fall into disarray. Everything was filthy, door was broken, speaker was blown, were out of all the doughnuts, garbage cans areas were gross, restrooms unstocked with paper products, and employees moving at a snail pace. I hope the food doesn't go bad next but I'll probably start exploring a different go to donut place now. Such a shame. We love this place. Owner, just comment on the review and I'll delete it to not bring your score down.

More than just Doughnuts! Some of the best burgers around, and chicken sandwich that is SUPER crunchy and so big it will barely fit in the to-go box...and too many tasty breakfast sandwiches and plates to list, a kids menu, milkshakes, coffee, and then some! Hero serves the full menu all day, so even if you want a burger at 7am or breakfast at 3pm they've got you covered.

This place is awesome! Milkshakes are hand spun, and the staff is friendly!

Over priced donuts, kolache has too much cheap cheese, not a good quality cheese and overpowers the yummy sausage. If you are splurging on a donut this is your choice, otherwise would choose differently. Didn't find them special enough for the price. Atmosphere is not warm and inviting. Polite service, no real issues, just not outstanding.

I found a great breakfast place.

I want to back, I didn’t have the chance to try all the food. I just got the bacon, egg, and cheese bun. It was so good. They use their own sauce. Loved it. And, they have great coffee.

The donuts look delicious.

I stopped in this morning and got 2.5 dozen donuts, plus a couple just for me. I was impressed, as I pulled up there is plenty of parking, walking in the door I was impressed with the lay out, how clean and organized the location is. They have roll up garage doors for warmer weather, custom HERO t-shirts and hats for purchase that were really cool. I travel for work and try to stay away from chain donuts due to poor quality, and they are usually just thawed, hard and taste like cardboard. I love local places, HERO checked all the boxes. I loved how creative they are with the fall-Halloween themed donuts. I had a pumpkin spice, and WOW was it good. It had a cream cheese frosting inside that reminded me of my mom's pumpkin log roll...but better. Service was quick, and polite. My customer loved the donuts, creativity, and packaging. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to AL, and stopping in at HERO for a fresh, delicious breakfast treat!

Dirty dining room with stacked up plates on garbage cans and tables needed wiping down. I could understand if it were busy but there were more staff than patrons. Food is good but not worth the wait. Better experiences are available nearby.
