I absolutely love the plain cream filled doughnut and to my disappointment I was told you don’t make them anymore. That should be a standard flavor! Also, I decided to get Boston cream filled instead and was told that y’all don’t have those either so I had to cancel my whole order. Good grief. Just bring back the cream

If you live in Stadium Trace it is very short ride to Stadium Trace Village. The parking lot is a bit tight but that's not really issue. We went for a casual family lunch. We ordered Super Crunch, French Toast (you can order breakfast for lunch), and two Classic Burgers. The customer service Is wonderful and so is the atmosphere. The food is at the level of OK. The Super Crunch was not very crunchy and the French Toast was a bit too heavy on the (what I suspect as) vanilla. Overall we were satisfied but not wowed. Disappointing, is there is not a huge ready made doughnut selection. It is quite small portion of the restaurant.

Why do they not have a phone number listed

I want to preface by saying I reached out to Hero Donuts before posting this. I initially got a response and it seemed they were going to take the issue seriously but I never heard back.We went the day after Christmas and got 7 donuts. All of the yeast donuts(all but one donut) tasted spoiled. They were also completely flat which I've never seen in Hero donut. I have been going to the Birmingham location for over a year.

It is a local neighborhood location for us but I think I had rather drive to Homewood over this going here. Visit before our last we got donut holes. It was 9am and they were so stale my 9yr old spit them out. I ate one and he was correct. Our last visit this week my sone wanted donuts and it was 11:30 so Hero it was. His Cereal Milk and Christmas Sprinkle donuts were good but my Dad's Hamburger was not. My hamburger came as a cheese burger. It was cold and my fries were half cooked. Although it was 11:30 we were the only ones in the restaurant so it can not be blamed on being busy.We are one visit away from Black Listing Hero

Very kool ambience. Thanks for toasting the bread for my son. Fresh donuts hit the spot. We definitely be back. Service was excellent

One of our favorites! The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have much more than just donuts. Their breakfast and lunch food is delicious. My favorite thing is that they have breakfast all day. I’ve tried everything on the menu and haven’t had anything I didn’t love. My favorite is the kolache and overnight oats.
