Went a couple weeks ago and the service, food, and overall place were less than impressive. They didn’t inform us when items our party ordered were not available. We also could barely flag a server to ask why certain items were not brought to our table in the first place. They also gave me an incorrect drink when I ordered one of the specialty lemonades.
The worst part was the fact that there was ZERO ventilation. There was just a big fan at the end of the seating row which only moved smoke around. I was so lucky to not have an asthma attack from the experience. Never going back for the sake of my health.

I don’t know why they are closed right now but I hope they open soon me and my wife loved going here and the staff is very polite and friendly and the hot pot and bbq was so good!

Killed a roach on the wall, spent 80 dollars for mediocre food for two people, 4 oz steak was injected with prune juice, and couldn’t even take my overpriced leftovers home because they don’t have to-go. I’ve never actually been mad at a restaurant until today.

AC doesn't work in the restaurant but everything else is incredible. NO take home containers except on drinks

Amazing food and experience. A bit pricey but normal for these types of places. 1 person will set you back with a drink about 40 dollars plus tip

We loved everything about our meal there tonight! The food was very good and our waiter was always right on time with refills and changing the grill. We will definitely be back soon!

this was my first time trying HQ Korean BBQ and Hot Pot and I couldn't be any happier! Our waiter Anthony was so nice and sooo helpful! He kept our cooking disc changed out and took away our dirty dishes every time. Outstanding service and not to mention the Bone broth was awesome that he recommended! Along with all of the meats we got and and veggies. I will definitely come back thats for sure! Amazing experience for a birthday girl!☺️ Thank you Anthony!

Everything was delicious, with a very large number of options. The service was excellent. For base soup we had Thai Tom Yum and Szechwan Spicy, and enjoyed both. It was a fun experience!

Bad air ventilation in the store. They have large factory sized fans going. The sauces and appetizers are good though. The meats are fine. To be fair, this place is great for Birmingham. It was good enough to scratch that kbbq itch I’ve had for a while

I told them corn instead of the nasty soup
The cashier I guess wrote corn instead of soup (this is the 2nd time they would play with me it’s annoying if you can not do it I understand but don’t write it on the receipt just for me to get the nasty soup) I said no soup

Yall better keep an eye on your cards transactions if you pay with it!! Was there Monday night and then last evening, Friday evening I got a string of transactions, all online except for 1 and it was at a Walmart store in Arkansas. After I locked my credit card in the app, they still were trying through this morning, Saturday morning because I got emails. This place was the last and only transaction that I had recently so it's obvious.
