Ordered through DoorDash, but had to call to ask for extra hollandaise sauce. Was told I would have to pay for it, to which I agreed, and then she replied that she would “throw it in the bag.” I asked the DD driver to double check the order and of course it wasn’t in there. I then called the manager who told me that I didn’t want to pay for it when I spoke with the previous person! At that point I mentioned that I actually didn’t not receive the extra sauce that I had ordered with a previous order a couple of weeks ago. She asked me if I had reported it then and I said no, I did not. She then told me once again that I had to pay for it and I said yes. I told her that I could not believe that she wanted to quibble over it and that I would write this review, but she basically said that she didn’t care. So here it is. I hope the corporate office reads this. Anyone with any business sense knows that it costs more money to gain a customer than to keep the ones that already exist. This one won’t be giving them any more of my money. Cracker Barrel here I come.

🤩🤩This is my go-to location for IHOP and it’s simply the best. I usually order delivery and the food presentation and quality is top tier, I always get exactly what I ordered. The chefs are superb, I’ve never had a bad experience, I usually order the same munchies every time and each time I can tell they care. Without asking they usually provide extra napkins, condiments and the food has a sticker on it so I know no one opened it. If you want take out that’s just as good as in the restaurant here is the spot. * eggs Benedict, buttered toast and a fajita omelette pictures enclosed

We ordered take out and it was incomplete. When we got to our destination, we had to drive back. The manager who brought me the rest of my food I overpaid for did not offer compensation for our time and gas. This threw off the rest of our schedule for the day. They only gave us one fork so we shared that in the Wal-Mart parking lot. Definitely not ideal.

It took a while for our food to be prepared, over 20 minutes. The place was pretty busy on a Sunday morning around 10 AM. The Pumpkin Spice pancakes were delicious. The Cinnamon pancakes were too sweet. My son could not finish them, it was too much sugar for him. The hash browns and eggs were good. Overall, just very slow.

Felicia the manger was unwilling to accommodate a request for a strong cup of coffee. When we come to this location never had our request for strong coffee denied, but Felicia was the first, which will make our last time here.
Just finished b'fast before heading out. Everything was great. Biggest slices of french toast I have ever seen. Everything was cooked perfectly - eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and pancakes. Fast, friendly service and very easy to have a conversation while you eat. It was a very pleasant experience. We will be back.
