Love Jason's Deli but this location was horrible. Chicken Noodle soup was so salty it was inedible. Son said his sandwich tastes old and ate less than half. Wife's salad looked a week old. 4 top table is barely big enough for 2 people. Everything is cramped. We went next door to Chick-fil-A next door to get more food. Tea was great though.

Can’t say enough about the manager at Jason’s Deli. Our family wanted to help a young family who just had a baby by sending them a healthy (plus a good measure of chocolate chip cookies) meal for the parents and kids. Placed and scheduled the order about ten hours in advance thru Door Dash. Got a nice “Your Order is Scheduled!” Email from Door Dash. (Attached) Then 30 minutes before delivery they cancelled and refunded the entire order but notified me thru text so I didn’t even know they emailed this information (also attached) When I called Jason’s Deli the manager was even able to see my order in their cue and that it had been cancelled by Door Dash. I didn’t know it had happened until the family waiting for their meal texted sheepishly an hour after food was to arrive. Big thanks to Jason’s for pulling someone off of their other job to see to it that our friends eventually got their meal.

I grew up going here, but haven't been regularly in a while until recently and continue to be blown away by the incredible customer service, consistency, vast menu and quality of the food! We went last night and the managers greeted us with a smile and were so friendly. I love the turkey wrap with fruit (their fruit dip is amazing). Kids eat free on Mondays and they have an awesome menu selection plus fun crayons and coloring sheets. The salad bar is hands down the best in town (don't forget the delicious gingerbread muffins) and free ice cream for all! It's really refreshing to have a laidback, healthy restaurant and I wish they had more locations!

They do a great job here at this Jasons deli. The employees are always friendly and professional. I love the beefeater and the texas spud. The store is clean and the tables are neat. I wish other restaurants in this town could be this good.

My family very much enjoyed our lunch at Jason's Deli in Hoover. The food we ordered was delicious, and the salad bar was well-maintained. But the very best part was the employee Alka, who came around to check on us every so often with such kindness. She made us feel like we were welcome and eating at a friendly home. We will definitely be back!
The food is outstanding and we eat there every Sunday but you have a waiter that is annoying, he calls himself singing but he hollers out constantly and is very annoying. Did not get a name but he was a thin black guy with dreadlocks. Constantly half way singing, halfway hollering out. The Manager is there and surprised he has not told him to quit the annoying singing.

This place is so so good and healthy. We came in 30 minutes to close, which I don't normally like doing, but Brent was extremely nice about it and had a sense of humor lol. We got soup and salad, and they had free soft serve ice cream. Also, you can get second servings of salad for free. All of the food is fresh. Definitely recommend coming.
