Top quality food. You would think that chicken products could only be so good! Overly exceeded my expectations here. Much more variety of food items besides good chicken though. The Hot Yaki tenders were astounding. Saylor was a great waitress. 5/5

Really appreciate the Jefferson's staff taking care of our fantasty football group this evening. Carrie was great and the whole staff were so nice to our large party. Food was quick and great and service was outstanding.

Food at Jefferson’s is always fantastic. My family has been going to the Hoover location for about 2 years now and only ONCE has the food not been to their usual standard. But my issue is the service. Anna is AMAZING! She knows us (we eat here pretty much weekly), remembers our usual order, jokes around with us, etc. She’s wonderful. I ask for her every time. But every other server in recent memory has barely been mediocre on a “good” night. Often times it’s outright bad. They forget to bring our drinks, sometimes bring our food and just disappear (you can forget about drink refills), and take a long time to process our payment. We’ve even asked another sever (Anna again!) to process our card because the girl “taking care of us” was ignoring us. I understand that they may have multiple tables, but I don’t understand how we never have these types of issues with Anna but consistently have them with all the other ladies?

So we are at an impass.. While my wings were the coated in the Asian sauce, really crunchy and meaty, my poor husbands were over done and a little to pinkish for his liking.. The atmosphere was nice, even without any Ohio State notes, definitely a sports resturant themed to the south.. btw, Go Bucks ;)

The. Pirson that surved us charged us for stuff that we did not get I got a kids meal and she charged me for a drive and then she asked if I wanted dipping sauce and I said sure and then she charged me for it never come hear they out taking our money
Good wings, good sauce options. Spicy wing sauces are on the milder side for those who love spicy.

Today was my first time dining and let me tell you that the customer is top tier! Every employee that walked by greeted us and asked if we needed anything. Holly and Ana were especially kind and attentive. We spoke about the history of the restaurant, I was impressed at how knowledgeable and kind they were. The food was excellent. It came out pretty fast and was hot and delicious. I would recommend EVERYONE stop by for some southern hospitality and good eats! Thanks Holly and Ana for making my first experience unforgettable.

Worst food I’ve had in quite awhile. Soggy shrimp and cold fries. Visited last month but and food was great. Went back and they’ve changed managers I was told. Poor service and terrible food, won’t return.
