The two young ladies who took my order were very rude. The way they talk to customers were unprofessional from the time I walked in. The attitudes on their faces were unkind and if you have cameras in the building you can see for yourself. My first time visiting a Jersey Mike's. I saw the commercial on TV, looked at the online menu, visited your location on University Drive, I asked for the item number 11 that's online and one girl who looks mean with no smile what so ever said she do not know about that item. The girl cutting the meat told her it was number 11 and it did not come with a combo. I just wanted sandwiches anyway, but the attitude in the room when I walked in was very unpleasant and I wanted to ask for a manager. I think the thing girls need a lot of training on how to SMILE and be pleasant to customers face to face in a restaurant.

Iesha was our server, she had the worst attitude ever, she didn't ask us if we wanted a half or a whole sub she just made us whatever, very bad with customer service, and the way she spoke to the other male employee was degrading.
