I freaking love Jersey Mike's. The store was clean. The food was good and staff took care of a trucker today.

I was running on fumes as I started my journey from TN earlier this am.

I had my roast beef & bacon mini on wheat. I was freaking TIRED as I just wanted to eat so I can LIGHT UP!!!

In Tuscaloo right now so I can put my eyes on my girls before I roll to Houston tomorrow.

Appreciate the good food and will def be back.

I freaking love Jersey Mike's. The store was clean. The food was good and staff took care of a trucker today.

Stopped in for a good Philly Cheese steak sandwich with my family. Jersey Mike's make one of the best hot and fresh Philly Cheese steaks around, short of going to Philly.

This has got to be the worst sandwich I have ever had. I ordered the 44, a buffalo chicken sub and what I got was this wet sopping mess. It also took over 15 minutes to get the sandwich. When I went to the counter to ask about it they told me they had to make a new one because the grill was messed up. I do appreciate that they tried to fix the sandwich since the first order apparently wasn’t right but this is just inedible. I will say the staff was polite and the store was clean, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order a #44.

If you go in and the girl is making sandwiches... do yourself a favor and leave. If the guy is making them, get a sub. It will be one of the best you have had at a Jersey Mikes. The dude is a sandwich master and needs to teach the girl how to do it. The subs the girl makes sucks and is not worth half the cost. I usually go here 2x a week for the family and spend over $50 a trip, but refuse to let her make any of my sandwiches any longer

Double check your order. Ordered a 43 to go and they forgot the mayo and mushrooms (which was a requested add on). Complete space cadets. Called and called the store after getting home with no answer. I need to start working and can't go back to the store. Pretty frustrating for an $18 sandwich and then guilted into a tip before even eating.

Update: no one replies from that email address. It’s been several days. The corporate email promises a response within 24 hours. No one sent me a response. You can’t even reply to their canned response. It seems pretty clear why they are getting so many negative reviews at this location.

I have been numerous times - not anymore - staff is horrible - does not respond if napkins are out - if tea is out etc.

But, main complaint is some are smokers and smell of tobacco smoke - sad to say I elect to not to go back.

Would have like to seen someone who worked there really cared and had good hygiene.
