I order a couple times a month. I never get salt only pepper. The deli meat has plenty if salt as it is.
They put so much pepper and salt on my sandwich it wasn't edible. I threw it away.
Their sandwiches are awesome. The best out there. $24.00 is alot for a sandwich as it is...at that price you deserve to be have it the way you ask...just sayin.

Don’t accept online orders if you are going to let walk-ins get a sandwich while our orders were supposed to be ready. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sandwich. Ridiculous.

Avoid this location. Ordered online at 12:45 pm for 1:30 pm pick up. When arrived, order was not ready. Staff was serving all walk-ins before working any online orders. By the time they got to my order (after 2:00 pm) the only meat available was turkey. I had ordered and prepaid for roast beef. I love Jersey Mike's. But I am now forced to use another location.

I got the #5 sandwich all the way tonight was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s the 280 location is very friendly and awesome! The sandwich was amazing perfect amount of meat and cheese and not too much lettuce or onion and the perfect amount of oil and vinegar! This is better than firehouse subs I definitely recommend

I have used this location in the past for a few events that I do for my job. Never was my order correct so I stopped using them. A couple of months ago I was in need of 13 giant subs with chips and cookies. I decided to give them a shot because people were telling me that management had changed. I was so pleased with the enviornment, quality and consistancy of the food and the staff member that helped me load everthing to my car was so polite and helpful. It is refreshing to see how this store has turned around. Thank you Jersey Mike's for making the changes needed in the store!

I bought Jersey Mike’s to eat and enjoy during the Final Four and there was hair in the sandwiches!!! I wasted $40! Never again!
I asked if I could get a turkey bacon ranch and the lady looked at me and said "No." I thought she was joking at first so I laughed and she just kept looking at me. She then said the have chicken bacon ranch but not turkey bacon ranch. I asked if I could get a turkey sandwich with ranch and bacon on it then and she said "No, we don't do that." Terrible service. Very strange.

had a call in order. Brianna answer the phone with a terrible attitude, as if me placing an order was a problem. I live around the area and am a frequent customer, every time she’s taken my order over the phone she has been this way. My food has always been fine but would highly suggest having someone else on phone duty.

Ya’ll should probably go ahead and close up at 8pm if your employees are going to throw an attitude with customers walking in at 8:05 when you list your hours as being open until 9pm. Can’t rate the food quality because I walked out without ordering.

Terrible, I ordered a take out. When I got home it was not close to what I asked for. I order a Philly sandwich with everything on it. Got home and there were no lettuce,no tomatoes, no mayo and no mustard. The lady running the place at the time was a blonde. Will I go back????????
