I asked if I could get a turkey bacon ranch and the lady looked at me and said "No." I thought she was joking at first so I laughed and she just kept looking at me. She then said the have chicken bacon ranch but not turkey bacon ranch. I asked if I could get a turkey sandwich with ranch and bacon on it then and she said "No, we don't do that." Terrible service. Very strange.

had a call in order. Brianna answer the phone with a terrible attitude, as if me placing an order was a problem. I live around the area and am a frequent customer, every time she’s taken my order over the phone she has been this way. My food has always been fine but would highly suggest having someone else on phone duty.

Ya’ll should probably go ahead and close up at 8pm if your employees are going to throw an attitude with customers walking in at 8:05 when you list your hours as being open until 9pm. Can’t rate the food quality because I walked out without ordering.

Terrible, I ordered a take out. When I got home it was not close to what I asked for. I order a Philly sandwich with everything on it. Got home and there were no lettuce,no tomatoes, no mayo and no mustard. The lady running the place at the time was a blonde. Will I go back????????Parking: No

Sandwich was made horribly and pretty sure I got food poisoning from it first off. Secondly, The service was okay, but the same blonde manager that everyone else in this review section has mentioned was in there, and I did not get a welcoming attitude from her at all. The only thing I enjoyed from my meal were the chips. If you want your sandwich made with care & correctly, you’re better off driving up to mountain brook.

I understand they are short handed but when you order a portobello mushroom and Swiss and you get home there is no mushroom they have a problem. Asked the person taking the order a simple question about another sandwich and the response was “I don’t know I’m new here” instead of just asking the other person that might have known.

The staff was unfriendly. The tomatoes were old. Mikes Way was much lighter than other locations leaving the sandwich dry and flavorless. This was definitely the bottom tier and I've been to Jersey Mike's in multiple places across the country.
