Food is decent but the older lady that works there attitude is awful every time I visit- so bad it makes you not want to visit the establishment. If you can't provide customer service to paying customers, you're in the wrong business.

We had a choice of seating, but seemed to be little to no air, two fans to cool the dinning area. The menu looked promising, lots of options. However the food was nothing special. Artichoke dip did not have much flavor, cheese bread was exactly that.. no true flavor. The steak and cheese was made/taste like a roast beef more than a philly. The fries were perfection. We ordered the Johnny's white pizza and added chicken.. dont know what I was expecting with the chicken but what came on it was basically bland chopped chicken, and the pizza was definitely not a new York style pizza. Just a regular pizza. The bill came and was incredibly expensive for the quality.

Haven’t had a bad experience until today. The older woman serving us was very rude and blew us off several times. Had a very odd payment experience as well. My receipt showed my total paid with cash was $58 and some change and my card payment would be $61. I understand my card service fee but when I actually received the receipt I was charged $74.16. I asked her what the large difference was and she said it was the card fee and she walked off and mumbled under her breath “just pay cash next time”. If it was an automatic tip I can maybe understand, but automatically charging me a tip for two people and just over $50 is unfair to the customer. I do not expect to be back anytime soon unless I can get a clear answer as to what happened.

I love the lunch special of pizza slice, salad and drink. I wish they still had a Johnny Bruscos in Vestavia.

Great local pizza place. Service is always great and friendly. Pizza is really good. New York style. A+

The pizza was a 10/10 and the service was exceptional. We had a really nice waiter as well. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy.

The owner of this restaurant needs to take some courses on how to treat customers professionally. VERY RUDE and insulting. I’m not sure of why he’s still in business. Nasty attitude!!

The pizza was okay. But I didn’t eat the leftovers, which says a lot. Just didn’t seem like New York style to me, which is what I paid a premium for.

Sad to say but I hate coming into this establishment to pick up Uber orders… That racist lady behind that counter has the nastiest attitude ever… And she always slide Almost throwing customers orders at me you all need to do something about her. She’s giving you all a bad name and reputation and by the reviews I see I’m not the only one that thinks so.

Dealing with rude staff not worth the mediocre food.

Ordered a slice of pizza for my kid online as they didn’t like anything on the menu where I’d ordered my own food from and this place was right around the corner.

We were ignored for several minutes trying to pick it up and when the miserable woman behind the counter could finally be bothered to pause her conversation to speak to us, she had an attitude as if WE were inconveniencing HER by patiently waiting almost 20 minutes for one cold slice of sub-Sbarro’s quality pizza from a nearly empty restaurant.

I only said “yes” and my name to her the entire time we were there and she literally yelled in my face because I apparently didn’t answer her question the way she wanted lol. Created a great teaching moment to remind my child how we do and do not speak to others though.

Such a bizarre first and last experience. Glad I only spent a few dollars here, but they would’ve been better spent at Domino’s to be honest.

This is NOT New York Style pizza, ordered a medium cheese and it was like I went to Domino's, for which I never go to . The pizza had no flavor it was horrific !!! Will never recommend or step foot in there ever again....

The pizza is so delicious, whenever I’m around the area a grab a large and save what I don’t eat for later. I crave the veggie pizza & cheesy garlic knots. Truly yummy. The caprese is fresh. Everything tastes so good!

Kid-friendliness: The cheese pizza is my kiddos favorite pizza around.
