If you open at 6 am and you’re out of Cinnamon Rolls before 7am seems like you should make more. This is literally an everyday thing. If you go in the evening times the lobby is always closed which means drive thru only. A 30/35 min wait for cold donuts bc the Hot n Ready sign is never on after a certain time! This place is such a disappointment.

Ordered an assorted dozen and glazed dozen via the Krispy Kreme app at 8pm on a Thursday night. Drove 30 mins for them to tell us they only have glazed and mini doughnuts available, but they said we could only get a refund on the app and reorder a different selection of just glazed or minis. The app shouldn't show doughnuts available that they do not have available. The workers could care less we commuted for an order we had prepaid for. Being completely out of any type of assortment of doughnuts 2 hours before closing is crazy. They could at least be nice about it and offer you some kind of compensation.

Worst experience ever. I placed an order 1.5 hour ahead and when I got there to pick up my order wasn’t ready and they told me they didn’t have what I order and I told them to just give me original glazed and adjust my total and the manager was very unpleasant and only offered a refund and told me it would be done quick and he left and never got back to confirm with me until I asked the cashier to check on it and she said he said it went through. It was a mess there. There was no organization. Do not recommend this store much less ordering online.

I called and made a complaint to the main number about the service at the window a while back, (didn’t get what I actually ordered) the lady that answered said she would let her manager know and she would give me a call back, well.. she didn’t .. never heard a word from them . I won’t be back there. I’ll get my doughnuts somewhere else! 😡 if the people taking orders would LISTEN and understand. I also told the guy my number so I could get my points. Never went through. I have such a bad experience every time I go there ! Donuts 🍩 are always good so that’s a positive and the people inside are nice but at the window they never get it right. Don’t bother calling to complain I don’t think they care.

Sign on the door clearly states retail hours open at 6am, come through at 9am and sales associate has the door locked and stares at me. Another customer drives up and ask why the door is locked as well.

Our drive thru cashier was so kind and helpful and she was energetic and happy to help us and that’s somewhat rare these days! And our donuts were amazing!!
