If I could have given it a negative I would. Incompetent staff. Waited 30 mins in drive thru. Unbelievable that an establishment with a rich history would allow this type of service. I’d rather run it myself than let this type of employee be in charge of my business.

The cashier helping me and my boyfriend had a bad attitude. All I wanted was to get the 3 free doughnuts for my birthday and she acted like she did not have the oatience to help us. She also charged us for 6 doughnuts instead of 3 and we only wanted 3.Maybe if she wasn’t so busy trying too flirt, she would know how to yuve good customer service because that’s not for everybody.

The only one bad experience was waiting in line. The Krispy Kreme store in Hoover was clean inside and no trash outside. Walking in, the smell of doughnuts makes me forget about the wait time. My visit was on Sunday and I still imagine that I am back in time ordering that doughnut. I got a raspberry filled glazed donut. Tasted fantastic. Need to get to Krispy Kreme, soon.
