The overall atmosphere of this place is tragic.. There's always a wait Everytime I go we end up waiting around 20 minutes and the staff members are extremely rude

I ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up it was not what I had ordered. The fanceroni pizza clearly states there are pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust. They tried to give me a regular hand tossed pizza and convince me I was wrong. They didn't offer to make another pizza or anything. I just requested a refund and took my business elsewhere. Won't be coming back to this location.
New management is GREAT! we walked to get a pizza and crazy bread the wonderful lady I believe was a manager told us it be 10mins my partner said wonderful fresh pizza! After a short 10mins we got a fresh hot cheese pizza with fresh crazy bread! The wonderful lady said with a smile that never left her face “I appreciate you instead of complaining about the wait you understood it would be a few mins and fresh!” 👍 for new management!! Thank you 🙏

Under new management and much better than before. Unfortunately the main ordering number now goes to an offshore call center, which is very impersonal with no way to connect to the store, but the actual store staff are terrific -- very friendly and helpful. Our school order of 18 pizzas was right on time, even on a busy Friday night! However, a lot of other customers had to be turned away because they were so busy, there was nothing hot and/or ready.

Even with what looked like a short staffed crew Destiny greeted us with a smile. Happily fulfilled our requests and brought us our food in a very timely manner. This location tends to go through staff fairly quickly but Destiny has been the friendliest and most professional person I’ve met here. Hope she stays.

Pizza is always good when delivered. Manager was EXTREMELY rude to my husband when he tried to help him because my husband confused the manager as a customer because he was wearing no form of uniform or branded merch.
