This location is usually fully staffed but still takes forever to even order. I went recently and got 1 pizza and there was about 10 other people waiting to order or waiting on their food. The bad part is there are about 30 pizzas in the steamer but it still took about 45 minutes to get a pizza. Also there was a lady at the drive thru who got yelled at because she was waiting at the window for 10 minutes. When I FINALLY got the food, it was kinda cold also.

Ordered for delivery through the Little Caesars website. Store told the door dash driver that they were out of cheesesticks & the driver instructed me to reach out to door dash support for the refund. The way their delivery partnership works, door dash is able to offer an initial percentage based refund, and then sends over the request to Little Caesars.
For the missing item, I received a refund for half of the cost of the item. After asking for an escalation to be refunded the whole amount for the missing item, I was told it had been sent to Little Caesars support for processing. It has been over a month.
Honestly, I don't know what's more embarrassing: losing customers so you can steal $3 over a missing delivery item, or claiming to run out of cheesesticks in the first place (they use the same dough and cheese as the pizza...).

This is the second time I've gotten some raw food from little Ceasar's. The first time the pizza dough was raw, I just threw that in the oven. Then I got some free crazy bread and the crazy dough was raw.

Ordered 5 pizzas at 4:30 to be picked up at 6. I arrived at 6 to a massive line of angry customers and no pizzas. I spoke to the cashier who said "I've only been here for 30 mins and he got the manager who said "call corporate if you have a problem." DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

Lawson state community college shirt working November 30th (today) around 2pm. Was very disrespectful and rude and unprofessional. I saw him treat a customer very terribly. Also I asked for a refund and he didn’t give me one after I was waiting in there for OVER an HOUR. Keep that in mind. If he isn’t fired soon then whoever the manager is will have such a good reputation!

Just don't do it. It's not worth the cheap prices. Made the order wrong, said they'd remake it, then completely forgot about me. Waited almost an hour. This place used to be decent cheap pizza and now it's literally awful.
