A little slow on receiving our food and drinks/refills for lunch. Staff was extremely friendly though. Smoked chicken was very flavorful, we all enjoyed it. Didn’t care for the verde salsa but the chips were perfect. Queso was worth getting as well. Not sure if it’s worth returning but maybe we will give them another try for dinner.
Little Donkey was amazing today. The food was delicious and I cleaned my plate. I had the Picato Salad with Shrimp. It was very delicious. I can not wait to go back and try some more dishes they offer. There was not a wait and we were in and out. Even got to meet the Partner for the Hoover Location and looking forward to partnering with them on some outreach marketing!
Ate here on a whim coming out of Auburn, and was absolutely blown away! Amazing food, they do not joke about their commitment to freshness. Our waitress Phoebe was so sweet and very courteous, checking on us regularly and making sure we had very thing we needed. She even threw in chips and a sample platter of their house-made salsa free of charge! Overall, excellent joint, will most definitely be eating here again ?
