They close at 10 but don't get there at 9:20 or later because they apparently would rather go home. They did put me reluctantly at the first table which was coated with lots of sticky stuff from the last patrons. Couldn't tell you about the food because I never got to try it. Very dark parking lot.

Told wait would be 30 to 45 mins. After 25 plus some friends of one of the hostesses came in and were seated immediately before a lot of customers that had already been waiting along with me and fam. Some had even been waiting even longer. Some complained to the manager which briefly tried to defuse the situation and then turned it back over to the one who created it. A few customers even left. Poor customer service and food wasn’t that great, but it could have been from the lingering bad taste I got from the situation.

Took too long to get waited on. Only ordered a bowl of soup . Took too long to get it. The rolls were raw. I ask for crackers twice. Never got them. When I got my ticket it was $24.07. Potato soup was not soup. It was a bowl of potatoes with cheese thrown on top and fake bacon. A total waste of my time and money.

Absolutely the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been! I’ve gone there twice because I live by the place. Both times I have been stared at and not greeted for the first 5 to 10 minutes. I’m standing in There while employees pass and stare. No greeting! Not a care in the world! Then when a cute girl came in right after me all the suddenThey want to come up and help her and I got helped by default. Then when I finally got acknowledged by Default I told her I had to call in order .Food wasn’t ready for my call in order then waitress got into a fight with the cook about it not being ready. Don’t go here- you will leave angry and hungry!

Bad visit today. Ask about the mash potatoes when ordering the hamburger steak plate. Oh yes they come with that plate. Got our plates and no potatoes. Oh yeah, we are out of potatoes. Really, at 11:00 on Sunday.... not going back to this place.

Husband’s Prime Rib was cold. He sent it back and it was only warmed. No new meat. It wasn’t even pink. He returned it again. We shared my barely warm and small pork chop. It was disappointing and apparent they don’t care. Our waitress felt bad and it wasn’t her fault. This restaurant has really gone downhill. It was not clean. Will never go back. I would attach filth pictures from bar if possible. This site needs a complete update and cleaned.

This place is a hit or miss as far as the service goes. I've been here several times with long waits to be seated and for food. However tonight was a hit due to the fact that Shaun (our server) was the nicest person there besides the manager Brenda. We got out food on time with no issues. If this was the norm at Logans I would give it 5 stars but I know that my personal expectations when I come here are long waits (even during slow times) to be seated and long waits for food.

Not a great time tonight. They didn't seem too busy yet had to wait to be seated, only two of us. Waiter took drink order, about 10 minutes later came back and told us they were out of Sangria. Offered rolls as soon as they came out of the oven. We are being handed our check, no rolls. After different drink was ordered the food arrived way before drink. Our steaks were cold, vegetables were cold. Tasted great but we will definitely not be returning to this location.
