This is my GO TO taco truck in Hoover. Everything here is fresh and cooked to order. Great street corn too! I normally get the chicken nachos all the way. And don't forget to ask for the special red and green sauce. ?

Ordered 1 chicken taco and 1 Pastor taco ($3 a piece). Each were served with two corn tortillas. The box also included two types of sauces and two small lime wedges. The Pastor, although a tad more spicy than I usually want, was much more flavorful than the chicken. A sprinkling of the lime greatly enhanced the chicken, as did the green sauce. I preferred the Pastor with lime only, and was good without it. I would definitely go back to try some other menu items. It was something like 100 degrees, and they have a covered area to sit with two folding tables, but no fan, so I took mine to go and ate in the air conditioned car.
