Horrable customer service, menu descriptions don't include seafood added to chicken dishes, for those of us who have seafood allergy this is a huge problem. NEVER AGAIN

Placed an online order that took 20 minutes longer than pick up time. Had sweet and sour shrimp. Mostly hard batter, little or no shrimp in the pieces. Overcooked on outside but batter raw on inside.

Great place for delicious chinese food. everyone at our table was glad to be there. looking forward to returning with my coworkers. the prices are good for what you get. food is similar to a cafe in indianapolis i loved.

The General Tsos chicken was disgusting. I took one bite and spit it out and threw the whole thing away and just went to McDonald's. The breading was so soggy and thats all it was was breading and hardly no chicken.

We found a fingernail... looks to be a woman’s, in our Lomein. It appeared to have been bitten off and spit out... so this tells me many things- 1. They aren’t wearing gloves 2. They are sticking their hands in their mouths around the food and 3. They have absolutely no concern for the health and well being of their customers at this especially critical time in the country... WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN and make sure we find a way to report them to the health dept.

I’ve been going to this place since 2013 their food is good but their customer service is bad. So bad that my sister called to ask for another and the guy hung up on her cussing at her. I heard it and I was 5 feet away from her. We will never be going back, get better service and food maybe we will.
We have been going here for years and it is now under new management. Things seem to be a little bit under our expectations now. But we still receive nice generous portions and are happy to go when the opportunity presents.

I wonder if the are understaffed. The past several visits, nobody is in the lobby to seat customers. The bar area looks awful. Boxes of cheap trinkets are stacked on the counter. It's a shame, because the lobby and bar area would otherwise be attractive.

I travel for a living and I think by far this is the best Chinese food I have eaten! Way to go! If you are ever in the area and want some incredible food stop in and give it a try you will not be disappointed.
