I ordered and paid for a pizza yet they are closed and I have nothing and only.a recording. 30.00 gone and just a message on voice-mail
Showed up right when my order said it would be ready which was only a Greek salad. An employee comes out and says, “it ain’t ready yet”. I sit in the parking lot watching employees eating out of a pizza box that they sat on a rack close to the register. The same employee who came out to my truck was busy pulling a drink out of her jacket pocket to drink with her pizza and cut up with other employees, laughing about eating Pizza and the party that had popped off. I order from this Marcos all the time, however tonight they dropped the ball. The delivery guy was new and forgot some of my items, cool no problem I get it. I call the store and tell them, “Hey he also forgot the soda.” He brings the salad but no soda. Call back up there again about a refund to prevent the driver from coming back, refund couldn’t be done. I was told they could send the guy my cash. I chose the soda.
