Tonight’s order through DoorDash I ordered 2 double quarter pound meals and both meals were raw hamburger meat. If the workers didn’t want to work they shouldn’t have came to work this is ridiculously unfair how DoorDash not even the Manager would want to try and solve this issue… I will be going through with this matter cause I could have gotten food poisoning if I didn’t check my food before eating it!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!! go to the one in vestavia down the road! worst interactions i’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. rudest employees EVER. my order is always completely wrong and not to mention just disgusting and cold. i have been cussed at, given dirty looks and among lots of other things. do not waste your time or money here please. if i had one wish it would be for this awful and disgusting establishment to close. the management seems to not care at ALL, the employees are rude for no reason, and the inside is never clean and i wouldn’t be suprised if the kitchen is also just as gross from the lazy employees

Bread hard on McDouble, chicken nuggets cold, i asked for no salt on my fries and they had plenty.
My husband and I stopped in for a bite to eat....they were swapped and the place was BUSY. We were really encouraged by the excellent customer service and kindness that we were given by LeDarrius and Jada. They made our night and we left fulfilled and happy. We are very hopeful that these two are valued and appreciated by McDonald's. McDonald's should be proud to have these kind souls as employees of their establishment. LaDarrius and Jada...great job! We see you both and we appreciate you guys seeing us back. ❤️

I come here because it close to our house and everytime I come its a problem. I put no pickles on my order BECAUSE IM ALLERGIC TO THEM. Yet they put it on my sandwich. Then when I told them about it and why I asked for no pickles they the took pickles off and tried to give me the same damn Sandwich. Why the hell would you give me The same Sandwich if I just said Im allergic to what you just took off of them. That could kill someone horrible service 😕.

Love this McDonald's it has a play place. Thus my kids get a double treat when we go to dentist. McDonald's corp. Should bring them back one mother's opinion. Always clean. Never sticky floors or drink station.
