I’ve never had any customer service issues at this McDonald’s before, but my experience today was extremely disappointing.

I pulled into the drive-thru and told the employee at the speaker to give me a minute because I was trying to use the mobile app, which wasn’t working. Within about 10–15 seconds, she came back on the speaker and told me there were five cars behind me and that I needed to come inside. I hadn’t even been at the speaker for a full minute.

Since the app wasn’t working, I said I would just take a 10-piece nugget with honey mustard. After that, no one responded on the speaker at all. Three cars were served ahead of me while I waited with no response.

I eventually pulled up to the window and politely said all I needed was a 10-piece nugget with honey mustard. Instead of simply ringing it up, I was told I had to drive all the way back around and order again. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know how simple it is to ring up a small order and keep the line moving.

Because of how rude that interaction was, I parked and asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, the manager made the situation worse instead of de-escalating it. She kept repeating that there were five cars behind me, argued with me, and continued to insist I go back through the line—even though the delay had already been caused by the earlier interaction.

At one point she threw her hands up, walked toward the kitchen, and started loudly cursing in frustration. That was very unprofessional to witness as a customer.

Thankfully, another employee at the window was polite and respectful and simply took my order for the 10-piece nugget. The issue was resolved in seconds once someone was willing to help.

What should have been a simple drive-thru order turned into a frustrating experience because the manager chose to argue rather than provide basic customer service or de-escalate the situation.

Manager on duty was very unproffesional and rude put her hands in my wife’s face and said she’s busy bathroom were by far the nastiest I’ve ever seen mcripy chicken finger so hard I couldn of broke a tooth all out rude staff 100-%

I come to this McDonalds almost every other day and I get the same thing, well today I ordered the usual and there is a new guy working there dark skin with braids and gave sort of a foreign accent and he was kind of rude and was talking to me Ike I didn’t know what I was talking and gonna say, “do you want a refund ones what are we doing?” I was so offended but I kept my composure but it makes me look at this location differently after the service I just got, he does not need to be there because I would stop going to this location just he works there and I’m pretty sure that’s not his first time getting smart with people! Yall need to have a conversation with him about his customer service because one bad apple is all it takes to make the whole building sour!

Imma Be Honest. I Am HIGHLY IMPRESSED With This Mcdonalds . I’ve Never Had A Mcdonalds So Good And So Fresh . No Unecessary Attitudes . Our Food Be Hot And Ready & They Dont Take Long . The Fries Have Salt And Not Soggy . Sprite Is Crispy! Everything Is Just So Amazing.. I Need To Know WHO RUNS THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY NEED A PAT ON THE BACK!!! My Bf Just Got A Bacon Chicken Sandwich From Them And He Is VERY VERY Picky , Even HE Was Impressed !

Came after a long day of work , sat in the drive threw for 38 minutes when I got to the speaker I sat there for 10 minutes saying ‘helllo’ without getting a response so I pulled around to the window, the gentleman answered and when I said I hadn’t ordered yet I thought they couldn’t hear he smiled and said they’re busy gotta drive back around. I explained I thought the speaker was having difficulty and I had already spent an hour trying to order I didn’t think I should have to pull around and he continued to smile saying gotta go around having no compassion for the fact that it was 3 am and I had already waited an hour trying to order.

I pass three McDonald's to come to this one. My orders are usually right and usually hot. Their menu prices are also a little better and they don't charge for extra tartar sauce. And their sprite is crisp and tastes right like their water is filtered. 🙌🏾

This girl has the most unprofessional attitude and was extremely rude!! She didn't understand that (Tarter sauce) is not (Big Mac Sauce). I want something done about her because she does not need to be running the front counter. She rolled her eyes at me because she honestly thought tarter sauce is Big Mac sauce. Ridiculous!!! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
