Always check your bag here. They never put any sauces or go by your order. It’s like they just throw stuff in a bag and hand it out. This is the worst location & has happened several times. Nobody apologizes for the mistake or anything. Just rude and very unprofessional even for a fast food joint.

I come here quite often. And I know fast food locations deal with many obstacles. Among them are language barriers. And I witness one employee doing the best communicating possible despite that barrier. Props to her!

I had to stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat because of a tight schedule. Normally I wouldn't eat at McDonald's or any other fast food restaurant. The dining room was fairly clean and quiet, at least during the time that I was there. The food was what we've all come to expect, it's McDonald's. I can say this about the McDonald's business model and quality control; no matter where you are across the US you will have the same experience at any McDonald's. That being said, one of the things that irks me is getting a sandwich with the cheese hanging out one side and the dressing popped and running out the other side. How hard could it be to place the food items in the middle of the bun? Obviously this is not in accordance with the McDonald's business model. It is a local management issue. Okay, it was just a small rant.

I love this McDonald's because it was very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant I sat and ate and worked on my computer using their wifi it was not noisy and the workers were very nice .I got breakfast so the manager Ms Judy was very sweet .

We ordered two items at the drive-thru and they asked us to pull into a parking space to wait. When they brought the order out, there was only one of the items in the bag. Went in to get the other item and was treated so rudely by the manager who kept asking “just what do you want?” She was looking at my receipt so I don’t what she didn’t understand. I left without the item. Will NEVER go to this location again. No excuse for this extreme rudeness.

Time and time again this McDonald’s disappoints big time. It either is slow as molasses on a freezing cold day or they’re closed for some arbitrary reason and just ignore you!! The latter is literally what just happened to us. My son wanted a happy meal on our way home so we put in a mobile order. It’s 4:30pm and there was no one in line. We waited at the screen for minutes but no one said anything even after my husband said “hello” a couple times. We pulled around to the window and see a couple employees, one taking someone’s order then the other guy turns to us and made some gesture. He opened the window and tells us their manager is sick and they’re closed temporarily then shuts the door back in our face. We put an online order in… what do we do? We couldn’t even ask a single dang question. We stayed at the window trying to get his attention for a couple more minutes but continued to be ignored. Even at other fast food places when they need to be closed temporarily, they have someone at the speaker to tell you they’re closed. THEY DON’T IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
As I mentioned, we already generally have a less than good experience at this location but we figured at a non busy time it would be okay. This location CONSISTENTLY has way longer wait times than average. I’ve waited over 45 minutes for a McCafé beverage and the line wasn’t that long. This location needs new leadership! It’s been terrible for years! I was surprised to see it’s owned by the same people who own the 280 location. That location is usually great! People are usually super nice and helpful and they get you in and out quickly. The food is great and usually service with a smile. The opposite is true of this location. From my experience, it’s the 2nd worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This location needs a customer service boot camp!!!

I’ve spent my fair share of time at various McDonald’s 😂 we were served by Ruth today who I think might be the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever met. He was kind and cheerful, which is always a nice surprise. You never know what kind of day someone is having so it’s nice when someone spreads joy.
