We ordered two items at the drive-thru and they asked us to pull into a parking space to wait. When they brought the order out, there was only one of the items in the bag. Went in to get the other item and was treated so rudely by the manager who kept asking “just what do you want?” She was looking at my receipt so I don’t what she didn’t understand. I left without the item. Will NEVER go to this location again. No excuse for this extreme rudeness.

Time and time again this McDonald’s disappoints big time. It either is slow as molasses on a freezing cold day or they’re closed for some arbitrary reason and just ignore you!! The latter is literally what just happened to us. My son wanted a happy meal on our way home so we put in a mobile order. It’s 4:30pm and there was no one in line. We waited at the screen for minutes but no one said anything even after my husband said “hello” a couple times. We pulled around to the window and see a couple employees, one taking someone’s order then the other guy turns to us and made some gesture. He opened the window and tells us their manager is sick and they’re closed temporarily then shuts the door back in our face. We put an online order in… what do we do? We couldn’t even ask a single dang question. We stayed at the window trying to get his attention for a couple more minutes but continued to be ignored. Even at other fast food places when they need to be closed temporarily, they have someone at the speaker to tell you they’re closed. THEY DON’T IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!

As I mentioned, we already generally have a less than good experience at this location but we figured at a non busy time it would be okay. This location CONSISTENTLY has way longer wait times than average. I’ve waited over 45 minutes for a McCafé beverage and the line wasn’t that long. This location needs new leadership! It’s been terrible for years! I was surprised to see it’s owned by the same people who own the 280 location. That location is usually great! People are usually super nice and helpful and they get you in and out quickly. The food is great and usually service with a smile. The opposite is true of this location. From my experience, it’s the 2nd worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This location needs a customer service boot camp!!!

I’ve spent my fair share of time at various McDonald’s 😂 we were served by Ruth today who I think might be the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever met. He was kind and cheerful, which is always a nice surprise. You never know what kind of day someone is having so it’s nice when someone spreads joy.

It's a McDonalds. The food was what you'd expect, the service is usually pretty good at this location.

Parking: Lots of parking but kind of convoluted to leave. Lots of traffic.

The morning crew at this McDonald’s is absolutely fantastic. The afternoon crew is not as good. In short, they have us a completely raw burger. This is a health violation.

By far the best McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Never before have I been asking if I needed anything while dining inside of a McDonald’s. Staff was incredibly nice. Food was fresh and presented beautifully. Definitely coming back!

I placed a mobile order and went inside. I got ignored for 15 minutes before they came to help me. I waited for another 30 minutes on my order and when I got my order I went out to my car and started eating and then I noticed my sandwich had toppings on it that were not supposed to be on it (ordered it plain). I went back inside and got ignored for another 15 minutes and then they replaced it after waiting for another 10 minutes. They did put cookies in my bag for the mess up, but the cookies were 24 hours expired. Please don’t go here 10/10 do NOT recommend.

My husband and I normally don't eat at McDonald's because we like to eat healthier but we do it on rare occasions for the convenience. Long wait. They were out of bacon so he ordered sausage for me. What I got instead was a very gross Salisbury steak with grilled onions (which I hate) on my egg. If they were out of sausage they should've said so instead of me finding out with my first bite. Yuk! I'm so turned off by this place it's unreal. If you try to order through the cashier inside (sometimes we have cash) they will rudely tell you to use the kiosk. Doubt I will give this place another chance.

Don't order delivery! We've tried it twice from this location, and the order was wrong and incomplete both times. It does no good to complain to the store either, you have to go through the door dash complaint line, and it takes 2-3 weeks to get your money back. If you used points for an item, and don't receive the item, your points are lost. They can't fix that. The hwy 280 location is much better, it's worth driving there for better food and service.
