This may be the best McDonald's in the world. I have been to McDonald's in New York, Las Vegas, Honolulu, Washington and many others in the U.S. I have been to the largest McDonald's in the world at Pushkin Square in Moscow. It had 27 cash registers and seating for 900. I have been to McDonald's in London, Paris, Vienna, Edinburgh, Vancouver, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Tianjin, Seoul, Madrid and many other cities. This is my favorite.

Food was good and as expected. We used the drive through so cannot say much about atmosphere but the staff were friendly and helpful. Only reason for the lower rating is because the order was incorrect despite being repeated correctly. Incorrect item was tasty so not serious.

Sat in drive thru over 10 minutes and line didn't move. This was around 6 at night. Same thing happened about a week earlier around same time and when I got my food it was old and cold. So this time I left before getting the food. I now know to only visit this location at lunch time. The good is hit and miss at lunch time

This has to be the most clown ran operation in Birmingham. Currently sitting here watching an off duty worker eat apple slices behind the counter while I wait 15 minutes for food. Bad attitudes, bad service, and bad product gets you a one star review.

Made the mistake of accidentally clicking this location in the app instead of the Highway 280 location I’m used to. There were two cars in front of me, all with one bag—seemingly small, orders. I still waited for 25 minutes. The staff was extremely rude, telling me to pull to the second window, do NOT stop at their first one. When I had to stop near the first window due to cars being piled up, the dude opened the window, told me to pull forward, then slammed the window in my face before proceeding to continue singing or rapping or something behind the window. When I finally got to the last window, they had me pull up for about 20 mins—yes, that’s 45 mins total with TWO CARS in front of me—before giving me my cold and greasy food. If you every accidentally order form this location, you’re betting off just cutting your losses and paying twice so that you can go to the 280 location.

The dining room floors were mopped with the mop from the grill.Area, it's very obvious so much grease.On the dining room floor I about fell as I was walking into the door. Do I currently have an artificial neck due to wet shoes?Hitting a greasy floor.

The employee fixing the driving thru food kept wiping his face with his hands. Another employee had a friend hanging out behind the counter with her. The male employee (who was wiping his face) wouldn’t give a customer sauces, he told her where to get it (which was behind the counter). All of the tables were dirty. The place was a mess. They only had a very small cup of tea left and were not making more. This was 7pm.

Would give 0 stars. First time at the location. Stopped by after class. Received terrible customer service. The guy with the brown hair at the first window had a terrible attitude. My order was $7.33. I gave him $10.35. He gave me back $2.97. I politely told him I gave him a quarter and a dime. He then with an attitude says “yea 25 +5 is 30. Oh no you gave me a nickel not a dime.” He didn’t argue but I knew I gave him a dime bc I reached back in my purse for it. I just pulled to the next window. He also didn’t give me a receipt. That was an attitude over a nickel which is ridiculous! Then my fries were cold and my frappe was nasty. I won’t be returning. Do not go to this location.
