This is one of the best McDonald's in the area. It's a at the intersection of Valleydale and Caldwell Mill Roads. My quarter pounder deluxe was great. The fries were hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was professional and courteous. I was very pleased.

Instead of actually telling customers the second lane isn't open this location allows a line to form with no sign no lane closure, no indication it's not open. After the other lane took 5 customers with nobody even bothering to tell anybody the lane is closed I pull up and I'm told I had to go wait back in line after waiting. Staff was not helpful.
