McDonald’s has been serving food for 70 years, yet this location acts like they’ve never seen a French fry. Mobile order - 40 minutes. 10+ employees in the back looking busy while actually doing nothing. If I was the franchise owner of this location, I’d just burn it to the ground and sell the property. It would be more profitable.

On 1/25/26 Managers on duty were disrespectful to the Caucasian employees. Lying about them and making one leave before her shift was done and wouldn't let the other employee clock in but let all the African American employees clock in on time. Managers on duty were Chiquita Green and Mellenia Hale. When confronted they tried to say that the Caucasian employees were being disrespectful.

I was upset. I was getting ready to take my breakfast into a meeting. Unwrapped my sandwich and it wasn't what I ask for, there was no meat on my biscuit. I took it back and asked for a refund.

It’s really slow here—even though there are many customers, only two people are working. You simply cannot run a business like this. On top of that, the manager working here was very rude.

Considering I just came through the drive through trying to order food. I sat there for a while. Then i pull around to the part where you pay nobody there. Then you pull to the part where you get your food. And EVERY LAST EMPLOYEE standing around in a huddle by the front just talking. I said hello on the mic which I know for a fact they could hear. They just chose to ignore.. it’s 830 at the time I pulled up. A couple cars left cause wasn’t nobody responding to the frigging speaker! IMA NEED MCDONALDS TO DO BETTER.

Girl at drive thru was very nice and polite. The food itself was greasy and looked nothing like the photo I n the order sign. Horrible. The fries were nasty. Tasted like made in old grease. The only saving grace was the drink. McDonald's sucks now. Will be following Burger King down the drain
