The absolute worst service I ever experienced . I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru for a fish filet meal , I finally parked and went only to see the lady bagging the food with red hair on her nasty ass phone while the lines are super long . This young lady with blonde dark blonde braids literally sat my food on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked off . I then asked for the drink that i was suppose to receive. She took her time making it and slammed it on the counter. I asked “why would you do that and my hand was literally reaching for the drink “ . She walks away and come right back and say “I didn’t want you to snatch it . Like maam why would u assume I’m gonna snatch my food if you have done nothing to me . And to top it all off the lady at the window cursing at the car behind me because she didn’t stop at the first window . Definitely unimpressed, especially with this location being in Hoover I’d expect a much more friendlier staff .

It took 45 minutes for a mobile order of large fries. Once I entered the business, management did not acknowledge me as a customer, she slightly rolled her eyes as she turned away as if I was a bother by coming into the store. This is the worst McDonald’s in the area!

Apparently this place closes at 11:30 pm on weekends now according to the drive thru worker, even though its supoosed to be open till 2 a.m. this place needs new staff and fast

My food was hot and fresh, and Elise was very nice!
Staff was rude. I stood at the front counter and they noticed me and said nothing. I was later asked to use the kiosk, they don't work the front counter. Food was good, service was poor. First and last time I'll come to this one. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Burger King next door.

African American woman with red and black brades working drive thru window this morning 11/2/24 at 8am should be fired. Extremely rude employee/person. Did not want to take my order I asked multiple times was told to wait as she proceeded to take 3 other people’s orders at the other drive up speaker that got there after I did. Pull up to the window and she was extremely rude. Not a good employee at all, terrible experience at this McDonald’s
