I recommend this McDonald’s they’re so nice and they are fast to give your food and most important, they have a good attitude.

Sigh, I travel quite a bit and McD is my go to breakfast, sometimes lunch/dinner place. But I usually avoid BHM area McDonalds--service is slow, mistakes happen. In fact I have a 2 car rule for Medford Drive McDonalds--more than 2 is a hard pass. Buuut today I rolled the dice and came up snake eyes. Service was surprisingly quick (smiles would help, not sure why it's policy that they can't smile), but order was a complete mishmash. Is that a word? Mishmash? Didn't receive my hash browns--and potatoes is what Mickey D does best, and I got the wrong breakfast sandwich. Double sigh. Well, the coffee was correct, and always very good. Spank me if I go to the one on Medford Drive again.

these are the hardest stalest buns ive ever had and your customer service is trash. thank you and you're welcome are completely lost om this staff. mcdonalds is truly bottom of the barrel...this is why we dont come here. its not worth it

Waited for 20.min. told fries when I asked to have hot fries. They kept me waiting ten then give m3 a ame bag. Then a disrespectful employee when I came back sais not again

Normally, this McDonalds is our go-to spot, but this morning, we were greatly disappointed when we showed up for our pick up order at 10:40 we put a breakfast order in at 10, so it should already be made and ready for pick up it's what they have done every time in the past! But no the lady in drive-through was very rude and just said I'm canceling your order we're on lunch. We said we ordered it at 10 and she said you have to get here before 10:30. I said it's only been 10 minutes you didn't make the order to pick up? Very sad to see the new staff are dropping the standards we have done this exact thing in the past 3 times because of traffic why is this time any different (did they just feel like not doing it) also it was already paid for so there no excuse not to make it obviously someone is coming. Now I have to wait 3-7 days for a refund. Just disappointing

It was super cool to walk in here and not be greeted by 4 employees that were talking to two people, one of which seemed to be an ex employee that was bragging about being fired. Then to watch one of the employees give one of the bums a free drink cup, super cool. Really nice to hear their loud conversation while waiting several minutes before I was even acknowledged. At least the place looked clean. The guy doing the cleaning seemed to be the only one around doing his job and doing it well, so kudos to him.
