So this has nothing to do with customer service it was great but the food are being cross-contaminated I'm plant base I usually watch this because the meat juice end up in the veggies and cheese as well and them changing their gloves be a problem

When you are closed and have an order for delivery let the actual support of the app know the order needs to be cancelled. They put several drivers in route to the location then they left so obviously you never made the order and told them it was closed once they arrived. It’s a waste of my time as a customer and the drivers time plus gas. Which honestly makes the place of business look bad you’re hiring people who aren’t doing their job. My order was placed way before the establishment was closed so it’s not like I ordered 5 minutes before closing.

I really just want to applaud the staff on Lorna Rd today! High customer volume, and impatient customers! They remained professional, efficient, and made sure everyone was served the way they, were supposed to be!
Often times, we take the time out to complain but never, to speak up when the service is great! It was only 2 ladies up front. They did an awesome job. In house, takeout, or order Togo at the store? They handled it well! For that reason alone, I will be returning. I love this location! Keep up the great work, service, and fresh food! Moe Monday would be madness for me! Hats off to the ladies working!

I ordered a delivery order. It was a nacho bowl with beans, lettuce, cheese, ground beef, with extra ground beef and a soda. They didn’t put any ground beef in the order at all, and put some chicken in a small bowl on the side. Nothing like what I ordered. Completely unacceptable and they won’t answer the phone. Ruined my meal after a long work day
I don’t normally leave reviews on places but I went with my husband the other day, although I didn’t order anything he enjoyed his food and the girl in charge was super sweet. They looked under staffed but she was all smiles and kept a very upbeat demeanor. I will 10/10 come back and thank you Brooke for the great service.
This was the worst Moe's I have ever been to. The food prep area was filthy and covered with dried food. None of the tables looked like they had been wiped down all day. The nachos were stale though that's common at any Moe's I've visited. For the price, I expect better. You can get the same food at other restaurants in the area that are hands-down better.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. You’ll be ignored and have your ticket skipped over by other online orders or by people in line. If you go in line to just have them make it as if you’re someone in line, they’ll tell you no. Just save your time and go to Chipotle across the street, second time this has happened here. Impressively enough, even after waiting for nearly an hour for them to make it, the foods still somehow cold.

I went to moes here hungry, and i left unsatisfied. First the customer service was horrible, one employee tried to charge me for something i already paid for. Second, my toppings on my burrito was burnt, my corn was burnt to a crisp. 0/10 would not recommend.
