Manager literally telling workers to ignore the line out the door for online orders. Like im standing right here and she told them to ignore me and my friend. Absolutely bull. I wont be back.
I went to moes here hungry, and i left unsatisfied. First the customer service was horrible, one employee tried to charge me for something i already paid for. Second, my toppings on my burrito was burnt, my corn was burnt to a crisp. 0/10 would not recommend.
DO NOT ONLINE ORDER HERE IF YOU DONT MIND WAITING 30 TO 45 MINS. WORKERS WERE SO DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER EVER AGAIN
Recently remodeled, they’ve added a lot of options to the free salsa bar, added icee and fresh lemonades. Love the new look!
Every time I go here, I never have an issue! Today I had an issue with an online order where I was trying to use my 50% off and the lady at the counter said don’t worry about it. 🥺 They are absolutely awesome and this is the first time I’ve been in a while. Definitely will start coming more often when I get the chance. Y’all are the best!

My girlfriend and I got nachos here and had a wonderful time, The entire crew was incredibly inviting and checked on us during our meal. Jay in particular was especially nice and incredibly friendly during the entire meal!
Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!
The manager has a very poor attitude towards customers and the drive thru is never open would not recommend this location.
Manager Jay Robinson told me he wouldn’t serve me unless I pronounced the vegetable’s correctly. Really?

Will always love moes and appreciate its consistency in quality unlike similar chains. Never had a problem especially at this location but whoever’s running the show needs to have a better eye on the daily operations. There was one employee doing the work of 3 and was the only reason the store wasn’t shut down completely. 2 people on the line w only 1 w experience and 1 person in the back is not enough for Monday dinner rush. The employees deserve better so the customers will be satisfied. Management I hope you read this.

The 2 crunchy tacos I had were amazing(I like to break my tacos apart and make it kind of like a taco bowl cause they're filled to the brim with food and toppings).
I do wish Moe's would promote the burrito or burrito bowl for rewards members more as that's my favorite!

While not as convenient for us to get to as Chipotle (they suck), the food, service (pickup) was far superior and very very good. Great portion size, tasty fresh ingredients and accurate order made the choice to switch easy. We will be back often!! Riverchase location kudos!!

I love moes i gladly spend over 20 bucks for a burrito chips and queso. Saying that ill say this today i wasted my money i got home and tried to eat and the burrito fell apart. It had huge chunks of lettuce the white chunky lettuce noone wants on a burrito. This was a horrible experience, at least have someone that can roll a burrito. Wont be goin back to this location.

If the kitchen doesn’t want to put fresh seasoned rice and cilantro rice out to serve instead of scraping the bottom off the container and offer burnt unseasoned rice just close up for the night
