Please do not DoorDash from this place. Pinto beans were hard. No cheese was on my burrito as all. No sauce at all. They did nothing I asked! Please don’t waste your good money on this horrible food! I asked for no lettuce, my burrito was FULL of lettuce!! I’m confused! I repeat do not waste your good money on this horrible food! I’m beyond disappointed after spending $30! Hardly any meat in my burrito at all. They basically scammed me.

I wanted to brag on all of the staff from today, but specifically the manager today (unfortunately I don’t know her name). We went for lunch after church today and they were BUSY, like at least 10 people in line in front of us and people kept coming in behind us. All the staff were working efficiently and professionally, except for one male staff member who kept getting an attitude with the manager every time she asked him to do something. After multiple times of this she finally, very calmly and professionally, told the employee to go home. She immediately and without missing a beat restructured the assembly line with the remaining employees and jumped in herself (more than she already was) to cover his absence. As a manager myself, it was an excellent example of leadership and remaining calm and focused during a stressful situation. The line of customers continued to be served quickly and efficiently, everyone was polite and helpful, food was delicious. We will definitely be back! And thank you to whoever that was today, sorry I didn’t get your name!

I have never been to this Moe’s before. But I just had the best experience all due to Willow. They were amazing! I did not realize the drive through was just for pickups, as I have never seen one at a Moe’s, and Willow not only understood and was kind on my confusion, but then offered to take my order at the call box and was patient as I rattled off my order. I’m not one to review what I think of as fast sit down restaurants, but I had to mention this so they got some recognition. Truly a lovely person who put a customer ahead of convenience, and went above what most servers would do in that situation.

So this has nothing to do with customer service it was great but the food are being cross-contaminated I'm plant base I usually watch this because the meat juice end up in the veggies and cheese as well and them changing their gloves be a problem

When you are closed and have an order for delivery let the actual support of the app know the order needs to be cancelled. They put several drivers in route to the location then they left so obviously you never made the order and told them it was closed once they arrived. It’s a waste of my time as a customer and the drivers time plus gas. Which honestly makes the place of business look bad you’re hiring people who aren’t doing their job. My order was placed way before the establishment was closed so it’s not like I ordered 5 minutes before closing.

Food was old and nasty at 7pm on a Friday night. Honestly cannot believe they would serve ingredients that are so old and dry they have developed a crust. Just plain gross.
