Nothing Bundt Cakes

I made a purchase today and after the cashier rung up my purchase I wanted to change my selection. The young lady did not seem like she wanted to assist me swapping out my selection of cake. She said it would have to get manager and it would take a long time. There was no one else waiting in line and there was another cashier at a register to assist customers. I paid with cash…this should not have taken long to accommodate my change request.

The sweetness and consistency of goodness is served at this location 👏 and this statement is in reference to the staff. ❤️ The option for the mini bundt cakes allows you to try the many flavors. The mini or the regular bundlt cake they are all moist. Frosting is optional but it's oh so good.

I called at 9 this morning to place an over the phone order for pick up. The lady who i spoke with told me i don’t need to make an online order because the cakes do not sell out because they are constantly making them . I get to the store and she said she was sold out of the cake i wanted . I’m upset because i wanted to make an order so i could secure my cakes and she told me it was pointless basically because they are constantly baking. I do not appreciate this type of customer service . If you are unsure then say that . Do not promise me something will happen when it will not .

Ordered a red velvet bundt for a July 4th get together. Associates were very friendly, store is always clean, and the bundt cake tasted amazing. Mom wanted some small American flags to put on it and the associates went above and beyond to give us some. Great job!

After a long hiatus, I decided to use my buy-one-get-one-free coupon at Nothing Bundt Cakes. Let me tell you, their cakes never disappoint! 🙌💪👍They always have new flavors to try, and this time, I went for the Oreo Nothing Bundt Cake.❤️ It was absolutely awesome! I love that the cakes come in smaller sizes, so you can control how much you eat (LOL). 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣

I stopped by the Hoover location on July 23, 2024. I'm not from Hoover but happened to be in the area getting my car serviced. I asked the cashier if she would honor my birthday reward I received in an email. She asked the expiration date and it expired 4 weeks ago. I explained I don't live in this area and there isn't a NBC close to me therefore expiration date isn't long enough. She immediately said no! I was going to purchase several bundtlets but after this I didn't purchase anything because of her unprofessionalism.
