I stopped by the Hoover location on July 23, 2024. I'm not from Hoover but happened to be in the area getting my car serviced. I asked the cashier if she would honor my birthday reward I received in an email. She asked the expiration date and it expired 4 weeks ago. I explained I don't live in this area and there isn't a NBC close to me therefore expiration date isn't long enough. She immediately said no! I was going to purchase several bundtlets but after this I didn't purchase anything because of her unprofessionalism.

I feel like all of my reviews have been 5 stars lately. But the white chocolate raspberry cake from here is delicious. The staff is always nice and friendly too.
