I called in a $60 order, when I came to pick it up I was handed one bag, I added a drink and paid for it, had to call my child to figure out what drink he wanted and filled the drink up, was there for a total of 2 or 3 minutes in which they had plenty of time to hand me the second bag of food that I had ordered and paid for, I took the one bag that I was handed back home to realize in tiny letters on the back of the receipt it said “2 bags” in barely legible hand writing. When I drove back to the store and requested any type of compensation for having to drive there twice, I was told it was “my fault” and that they had written on the receipt that it included two bags. I will not be returning to this location.

I am so disappointed in this restaurant. I have been ordering from Otoro for almost 3 years. My last two orders have been missing items. Tonight I called Uber and Otoro. Uber refunded my money however it was not their fault. The women at Otoro was unapologetic and offered no resolution. We won’t be back if this is how loyal customers are treated.

I've ordered through doordash before and it was very good but today I ordered pick up over the phone and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service! The filet mignon was cooked exactly as requested and the scallops were surprisingly fantastic. I wish they had a bar and more seating for the atmosphere but regardless, highly recommend!
Oh my GOOD GOSH! This steak is amazing!!! I got the steak special (cooked medium) with veggies and rice and it’s melting like butter. Y’all did great! And the lady on the phone was so nice!!!!

Great food. Average service.I frequent this place as often as possible as their hibachi is the best in our area. The quality of the food served is unmatched. Delicious food with hefty generous portions.The only complaint I would have about this place is that the service is always pretty cold and a little unwelcoming at times. That particular element isn’t from a one and done experience, but rather from the 20-25 times I have visited in the past year.This type of cold service seems to have become the norm in society today and that’s a sad fact. It’s very refreshing to find an establishment who breaks from that substandard. Otoro doesn’t do that. But they do provide hot and tasty meals. Just be sure and bring your own company to converse with and smile at as you won’t get that from the staff.
The cook tonight on 4/28/24 around 7pm does not know how to make friend rice. Shrimp Fried Rice was dry and had not been fried with any sauce, vegetables or shrimp. Just plain dry brown rice. Please re-train him. Salad was awesome tho.

I placed an order from doordash and this is the first time I have ordered from there. I asked for lots of vegetables in my chicken and shrimp and also extra extra spicy. Am I order was delivered it had no vegetables and it wasn't spicy at all. I called the store and he basically told me that they don't do it spicy and if I wanted extra vegetables they could replace some with the rice next time. I said but that does me no good now. I spent a lot of money on this food and it's not what I asked for. He basically just said tough luck. Well I said I won't order from there again and he was just like okay and hung up. Don't even know why they ask for special instructions on doordash if the people don't follow it. That's the worst customer service I've had in a long time I will not order from there again
