This is mine and my husband's go-to place for Hibachi. We love the food, service, and convenience of either dining in or grabbing it to go. The prices are also very reasonable and the food is always delicious. We eat here at least once a month, easy. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu - especially the crab rangoo appetizer.

I was in the mood for some Hibachi but wasn't really in the mood to go in a sit down to eat. This was my first time trying Otoro but I decided to give them a try because they had great reviews on DoorDash (I ordered pick up through DoorDash btw). Outside the restaurant it wasn't too busy, was easy to find, and easy to find parking too. When I first walked in I wasn't greeted but it was okay because the pick up process was easy. I told the woman at the front I was here for a pick up and it was ready within minutes. The service wasn't that great but the overall presentation of the meal was pretty good. The ambiance gives a casual pick-up restaurant with an option to dine in.Now on to the food, it was pretty good. The person who got the steak hibachi dinner said hers was pretty good, but she wishes it came with more steak. My shrimp and chicken combo was pretty good, the yum yum sauce was a great addition to the meal. The sushi rolls were okay, they lacked flavor and the tempura breading on my crunchy shrimp roll was a little on soggy side. My favorite part of the meal however was the spring rolls! I would definitely come back just for those. Overall my experience was okay, the price point certainly matches the service.

Food is great but the service is not. If they ever answer the phone they’ll put you on hold and take their time answering. Don’t seem to care about customer service. Had to go there to place a takeout order because one of their phone numbers listed said they hadn’t set up a mailbox. When I told them that they just laughed.

Food is mediocre, no vegan options. No tofu options, staff does the bare minimum but it's an option of you have nothing else. Staff is always on the phone up front so be ready for that.

Food is very good and ready pretty quickly! Though the last 2 times I've found that they've been including less and less meat and veg in favor of more rice. I hope this trend doesn't continue or I'll be spending $11 for a container of rice

My wife is never the complainer when we go out but she definitely doesn’t want to go back. If you show pictures of your food make sure your food includes the ingredients in the pictures. Rice and soy sauce is a form of fried rice.
