Ordered on door dash. I can’t say strongly enough how good the food was. Family of four very happy- best Chinese food we’ve had except for maybe Surin and it really beat out just about anywhere else we’ve had in recent memory. Was pleasantly surprised.

If you don’t go at peak eating times….Lunch or dinner, you’re getting food that’s sitting under a heat lamp which is what I just did. Iliyan looks to either hate his job or having a bad day. Forgot what I asked him. Had to go back. Food was terrible and I could tell it had been sitting a while.

I don’t know why I’m taking the time to write a review for Panda Express right now, but wow. We just left the Hoover store and the customer service was so refreshing! Fast food places lately just have rude workers, but these people were awesome. Greeted us kindly, offered us samples, and were just kind. It was also really clean in there. Anyway, thank you guys for making me smile today!

My Best Friend (Diane) took me here for my first time, several days ago & The food was so Delicious 😋 We ate on the go but we could only eat half of what they put on your to-go plate 👀😋 I'm definitely going to be going back ❤️ It has been many, many years since I've been to a Panda Express 🐼🥡🥢 The one in the Tuscaloosa mall 🤔

Absolutely the worst service, most mediocre food, they didn’t have any artificial sweetener options at all for unsweetened tea, like a major detractor for a diabetic or anyone else trying to reduce unnecessary carbs. The entrees weren’t hot, the staff was rude. Just because a customer gets 2 dishes that aren’t hot and spicy doesn’t mean they don’t know the third isn’t. Asking if peanuts are ok is the more important question since it is a dangerous allergen, but not the question about spiciness. This employee came across as insulting because at the worst he insinuated I didn’t have the intelligence to understand the red pepper symbol on the sign. At best he was stereotyping. FWIW it’s not THAT spicy. My dad’s is hotter…

Have been visiting for a while now, the place is always clean, service is always fast and the food is always great. Although they do run out of entrees from time to time, there isn’t usually a big crowd and there almost always is a free table to dine in at, there are also a few tables outside. They used to have a drive-thru but scrapped it probably because of flooding issues. Restrooms are also clean and there’s lots of parking spots.
