Won’t answer phone at 9:40 am. Was overcharged.
Everything was excellent, the cashier today was a gentleman and I was there between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and he was so delightful. It was my very first time ever eating in Panera Bread and I asked him what was his favorite dish or what do he recommend and he proceeded to tell me about three different sandwiches, dessert and the type of coffee he likes LOL and I chose all three good salesman. Panera Bread offers a welcoming atmosphere and good service. Their breakfast options, like the souffle of egg and four cheese with a cinnamon crunch bagel and regular cream cheese, are delicious. The Italiano sandwich on soft white bread is SO DELICIOUS. The bagels and cream cheeses are fantastic. The food is as expected for a healthy-ish American fast-food chain.
This Panera has some of the nicest staff! They are always super sweet and kind. Ashley was great and provides excellent service. However, service can be lacking and the drive through takes forever at times. The location has spots in the parking lot for orders that will take time to prepare, but staff does not utilize those parking spots. Overall, Panera Bread offers fair pricing and a superb experience, despite occasional service inconsistencies.
