I bought a Caesar salad and paid extra for avocado and chicken. When it was delivered, the chicken was missing, and the avocado was just a very small piece. The staff is apathetic and they don't provide good service.

Big dissapoinment, order my food online, waited 10 minutes on the drive through lane for them to not put all my food inside my bag even though they took so long to bring it to the window.. They didn't cut my bread bowl either and they didn't put my pecan bread inside the bag, I was really looking forward to it, I live 20 minutes away so by the time I noticed it was too late..

I got the Italiano on white bread. It was delicious. I don’t usually eat white bread, but when I called in my order, Ashley was great. I told her that I don’t like hard, crisp, toasted sub buns. She advised me to get this sandwich on soft white bread. It was SO DELICIOUS! Thank you, Ashley

Big disappointment and waste of a drive
Initially, I was ordering half a dozen online but it was showing out of honey walnut spread so I called. One of the workers clarified they're not out of the small spreads but the big ones ok no big deal. I get there only to be told they're out of cinnamon crunch bagel 🥯 if they know those are the bestseller you should always have a high stock due to demand. It was suggested to come back in 30 minutes. No thank you I'm going to work and not coming back. Big disappointment. Definitely something the store should work on.

I ordered a huge baker's dozen of bagels and cream cheeses, and I must say, they were fantastic! Service lacking, but if they had more employees that could be solved. Overall, I would recommend 👌

This Panera has some of the nicest staff! They are always super sweet and kind. The food is as expected for a healthy-ish American fast-food chain.
Only reason I took off a star is because the drive through takes forever at times. The location has spots in the parking lot for anyone who orders something in the drive through that will take time to prepare. (Also side note: Panera’s drive through is really meant for quick orders and picking up orders! If you need to place an order for a meal, you need to be going inside to order) However, staff does not utilize those parking spots, so even if I ordered ahead or just ordered a bakery item, I need to wait for 10-20 minutes to get it.

I always get the pick 2, sandwich and soup or salad. Sandwich wasn't put together well at all and the soup was cold. We also had to basically beg for a baguette that comes with soup and for ice for our drinks because the ice machine was broken. Tables were dirty and the lady behind the counter didn't want to do her job. Which was take our order and get us some ice. Horrible customer service.

Reasonably good food but eating feels like you are on a picnic. Atmosphere is nice just the utensils and lack of a plate make this nice restaurant feel cheap.

There was a lady I’m pretty sure she was the manager wearing a black and white striped shirt and let me just say she was racist. Totally rude and asking if these other people of color were my family all because I have brown skin. The worst encounter I’ve had.

I give 2 stars because the food is usually good , but the service is horrible if I hadn't already paid for it ... I would have walked out. Waiting for my sandwich no name no pager, nothing. Went up because I thought I saw something to similar to what I ordered,and was met with what you waiting for, and then if thats what it looks like I guess it's yours. Seriously as much as your food is, you would think the service would improve

Would be much better if they learned to package the food properly! Fragile sweets and muffins were on the bottom being destroyed by the weight of much heavier bagels and breads
