After waiting 13 min in drive through with no in front of me my croissant came with only the top part of the bread. Really Panera? This was my first visit at this restaurant and not great

The manager on Saturday morning shift was impatient and very rude. Asked for warm toasted bread. But it was neither. Very slow service and several customers came back with being orders. The night before the girl running was short staffed and super friendly. The service and quality was like night and day from last night to this morning.

This was my 1st time ever trying Panera and my experience at this location from the time I walked in the door until I walked out the door was WONDERFUL. With this being my very 1sr time at Panera the cashier ,JP, who took my order was VERY patient, VERY informative about their menu, and just VERY kind to me. After I placed and received my order I decided to place another order since I live at least 20mins away & that I could spend all the money on my Panera gift card that I've had for a couple of years. The manager , Ashley, so GRACIOUSLY took my 2nd order and my interaction with her was VERY PLEASANT. She made sure I got the best deal for the amount of money I had left on my gift card. Because I was trying to see what size soup or bread bowl that I would be able to afford, which was buy a soup & add a bread bowl on the side. Ashley also made sure to inform me that I had another rewards that I could redeem. Then I can't forget about the training Cashier Jasmin. Even though she didn't take my orders she still made sure to HAPPILY Greet me while I was there and answered any questions that she could. I actually didn't know she was a new trainee until after my 2nd order when I over heard , Ashley, their manager explaining and showing her somethings. The 3 of them made my 1st experience at Panera Bread was wonderful that I asked Ashley if she would write down their names so that I could leave a review. Oh yeah, I have to leave a GOOD review for the people in the kitchen and the person who fixed my food. Because when I got home I was VERY pleased when I started eating my sandwich & soup. Then the Orange Scone I chose was so delicious.

My wife and I stop at Panera once a week for breakfast, and while we usually enjoy the food, our experience has been consistently frustrating. I always order the same thing — the Chicken Avocado Breakfast Sandwich and a Cinnamon Roll — while my wife tries something new each time. Unfortunately, about 1 in 3 times, my sandwich is missing ingredients, and about 1 in 4 visits, something is missing from the bag altogether.
Today was especially frustrating because they forgot the bacon soufflé we ordered. We tried calling the store to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. I understand the challenges with staffing these days, but this has been happening for years, and it’s really disappointing. We’ve let these mistakes slide too many times, but it’s getting harder to justify continuing to come back when the experience feels so inconsistent.
Panera, we love your food, but please find a way to improve quality control and customer service. Loyal customers like us want to keep coming back — we just need a better experience to match the quality of your menu.

Thank You to the front counter associate that was working on November 14th that was courteous and welcoming. To the two associates that made eye contact with me while I was trying to pick up a mobile order and refused to assist me, god bless. To the white female, about 5’6, brunette hair pulled back, wearing an apron it was nice for you to assist me in a mobile pick up, not very nice for you to toss the food across the counter. For god sake y’all just opened. I pray your day got better!

Save yourself the headache, drive the extra 10 minutes to the Vestavia location. My last 2 trips over the last month have just been awful. The first time they made us wait 45 minutes for 3 meals, then when we got home to eat the food we find out theres 2 items missing and they gave us the wrong sandwhich. Tried to call and complain but nobody would answer the phone. Tonight, we get our order home to find out once again they missed a sandwhich and gave us the wrong soups. Very frustrating and i feel like i deserve compensation but I doubt that will ever come considering there is nobody to complain to.

I keep giving this panera location more chances Cause they are convenient but think I'll be done with them.. the last 2 times have been bad and this time was bad..
I always get the same thing, a pic 2 with soup and grilled cheese and a bottle of water.
This time. They charged for that small hard end of a bagutte that they don't usually charge for. I never even mentioned bread at the counter so it wasn't like she thought I wanted extra Cause it always just came with it and sometimes it's very small and other times it's normal size... then the bread on the sandwich was badly burned so they turned that toward the INSIDE of the sandwich... this location tables are ALWAYS dirty even if there is no one but me patronizing the place..
They need to do better.... it isn't rocket science
