Placed a delivery order tonight to be delivered at the Holiday Inn which is the hotel I am staying at for my son’s baseball tournament. I always use the App to order from them as we are a frequent customer back in my home town. Contacted the store after I had waited and hour and 10 minutes and spoke with the manager. He stated to me that my order was on its way and the driver had two more deliveries to drop off before mine. I stated to him that according to your app my pizza had been ready over 45 minutes which means when you finally deliver mine it would be cold. I told him I wanted a refund and he could cancel the order. He said he would and hung up on me. I called back to ask about a confirmation of my order being cancelled and asked why he hung up on me and he stated it was because he had to call the driver and then he hung up on me again. I called back again to ask for his name and a confirmation that I would get my money back and he said they don’t do that and then he proceeded to hang up on me again. Absolutely terrible representation for Papa John’s.

All my food was cold I will never order from papa John’s again. I ordered my food at 5:51pm and didn’t get my food until 7:30pm we called twice and the lady manager was so unprofessional and rude to me and my wife . I should be getting a full refund. We order and spend money with papa John’s all the time. But after this one it will be our last time. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us I could have spent that money at least in a restaurant and had hot food for me and my children. This company should be ashamed of y’all’s self and learn how to run a business. Here is my receipt

I ordered 20 pizzas from this location. The young lady called to say that she was by herself so the order may take a little longer, which was fine and understandable. No big deal. I came to pick the pizzas up. She brings the first set and sits them on the counter, rather hard I might add. She brings the second set, same thing. She comes with the third set and drops them on top of the second set… and walks off. No “do you need any help loading “, no “have a good day”, thank you or anything. Being that I work in customer service, even if I’m having a bad day, I still treat my customers with a level of respect… Terrible service

I love papa johns its my favorite pizza. I ordered in advance off the app about an hour and a half. When i got the pizza and breadsticks delivered which cost me about 40 bucks it was cold and very disappointing i ordered pepperoni xtra cheese bacon and beef there were maybe 6 pieces of each topping on the whole pizza and definately not any extra cheese. Its almost like they made it an hour and a half ahead of time when i put in my order for a scheduled time. Wont be ordering again this was horrible. The delivery driver was great though he would get 5 stars.

AWFUL!!! We ordered 2 pizzas and they waited well over an hour to let us know they didn’t have the crust we ordered. Utterly unnacceptable. This store is terribly run.

I would just like to start off by saying that the pizza here is sensational!! if you’re debating on whether to come here or Dominos. Choose the papa?. Ended up ordering the three meats and after some careful brainstorming I believe the name should be temporarily changed to, “Diddy Meat Lover Delight”. Due to high popularity circulating the internet it’d be a great marketing strategy. We can all agree the man is terrible, but it would bring publicity to the business. If this idea is taken up for consideration compensation would be appreciated as I am a struggling student trying to make a living. Thank you guys:)

What I ordered: mushrooms, half pepperoni/olives half chicken/baconWhat I got: chicken, bacon, olives, jalapeno, bell pepper, and pineappleThey put the wrong pizza in the box--definitely not the driver's fault. Called back and what sounded like a teenager asked if I wanted a refund, and put me on hold while he talked to his manager. I acceptedthe refund, but then wanted the pizza I ordered because my kids won't eat the pizza we got. I had to pay for it, no big deal, but the refund will take 2-3 days so I'm out more money in the meantime. They also didn't offer a discount.The first delivery took about 30 minutes from the time I placed the order on the app. This second one was placed at 6:50; it is now 7:56 and I'm still waiting. Called a couple minutes ago and was told their driver was almost ready to deliver my order.
