What I ordered: mushrooms, half pepperoni/olives half chicken/baconWhat I got: chicken, bacon, olives, jalapeno, bell pepper, and pineappleThey put the wrong pizza in the box--definitely not the driver's fault. Called back and what sounded like a teenager asked if I wanted a refund, and put me on hold while he talked to his manager. I acceptedthe refund, but then wanted the pizza I ordered because my kids won't eat the pizza we got. I had to pay for it, no big deal, but the refund will take 2-3 days so I'm out more money in the meantime. They also didn't offer a discount.The first delivery took about 30 minutes from the time I placed the order on the app. This second one was placed at 6:50; it is now 7:56 and I'm still waiting. Called a couple minutes ago and was told their driver was almost ready to deliver my order.

Terrible customer service. After waiting over an hour for a delivery of 1 pizza, I called to see where it was. The person on the phone said 10-15 min and if there’s a problem with the food when it shows up call us back. Then proceeded to end the call.

My only call to this location went something like:Employee: Thank you for calling Papa John's, is this carryout or delivery?Me: Carryout please.Employee: Thank you sir. Would you like to try our extra large pepperoni pizza?Me: I actually was going to do a pepperoni with the stuffed crust.Employee: ....I'm sorry sir, we are currently closed for carryout would you like to order delivery?Me: Didn't you start taking my order after I told you it was carryout?Employee: No sir, you started talking and I was being respectful.Turns out they don't deliver to my address either. Place is a joke.

Worst experience ever . I told the manager my food wasn’t made correctly and I was told to just not eat papa John’s anymore. Customer service was horrible. I will never order here again based off what I was told by a manager.

Manager at this location is confrontational and downright rude to his customers. I didn't get the extra sauces I ordered, but I didn't want to make a big deal about it, so the next time I ordered I just told him that I never got my sauce previously and asked if he could include some. He climbed my tree like I was the problem. He demand that next time I call right away.So I did... The next order came without my extra paid for sauce AGAIN, so I called the store. The guy asked me if I wanted them refunded or delivered. I asked for delivery (after-all, the only reason I ordered them in the first place is because I wanted them). We hung up and I never heard from them again. No sauce and no refund. These guys are thieves, and obnoxious ones at that.

We always enjoy ordering from Papa Johns app. The other day the app was giving me trouble with my order and I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. They were kind enough to call me to let me know that my order was duplicated. Very wonderful customer service.
