Salvatore's Pizza & Pasta

I ordered for the first time and I was disappointed. The pizza was good. It would have been better if the onions I requested to be on half of the pizza were there. Instead I was given raw onions in a cup on the side. I would have preferred cooked onions of course. Good customer service would have apologized for forgetting to cook the onions on my pizza and offered a drink or an additional side salad. I had to get home and find the raw onions in the cup. Good customer service is treating people the way you want to be treated. First impressions mean a lot to me when I visit a restaurant.

Best pizza I’ve ever had!

One of the best little Italian places in the Birmingham area! There aren’t too many places that do manicotti and gnocchi and don’t well. Not mention, DELICIOUS pizza. We’ve dined in and gotten take out and everything is always hot and so tasty!

Ordered deep desh cheese came right off top of bread , this isn’t good pizza at all everything is rushed

I wanted to extend a sincere thank you to Salvatore’s for the incredible catered meal on 6/23/25 for our Galleria Woods residents and staff. The food was hot, delicious, and exceeded all expectations. Five-star service from start to finish!

It's been a while since I last ate here but I wanted some spaghetti and didn't want to make it. There looked to be some new staff which is good because the service was better then ever. The food was great and the meatballs were huge.

We were visiting from out of state. We used to love to go to NY Pizza in Homewood village and super sad to see they had closed. We found Salvatore's and we were not disappointed! It was fabulous! We ordered 3 larges: the NY Sal's Special and the chicken/pesto Mediterranean-type. Feeding 9 young adults they were gone in a blink with everyone commenting on how good it all was!

Parking: This is a wee space inside, and the drive through line to pick up (Friday night) was long. After scoping out, we ended up ordering online, running errands and coming back for the pizza. It all worked out perfectly.

Ordered take out on 2 items and never even received the other half of my order, a full sized pizza. Disappointed. Will have to reconsider eating here again.
