I really wanted to like this place. The food was good but customer service from I’m guessing the “manager” was not. We ordered a kids spaghetti with sauce on the side (I have a picky eater who doesn’t like sauce). The sauce was not on the side when it was brought to our table so I just went to ask for another spaghetti with NO sauce. The “manager” (quotes because I don’t know who she was) started taking my second order but the nice young man, Noah, came to assist me in PAYING which I didn’t mind. He realized my order was wrong when I said I wanted no sauce this time. He tried to ask the “manager” if he could not charge me and she cut him off, “No, Noah! What are you thinking?” As he tried to explain, she responded, “no, that’s just the way it is”. No it’s not the way it is. If your customer’s order is wrong, you fix it. She was very rude to him and you just don’t say things like that right in front of your customer. I could have taken it back to the counter with my receipt showing our order was wrong and demanded a new one but I didn’t. We enjoyed our food but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. Huge THANK YOU to Noah, though!

Tyler, the cashier, told me chicken was added to my salad but when I looked there was NO chicken! He asked the cook and was told to add it. Without washing his hands he opened a bag of chicken, opened the salad container and with his dirty hands, placed chicken on my salad. When I pointed this out he assured me, oh my hands are clean. Yeah, right!!! Lost me as a customer!!!

Ordered pickup Sunday, Oct 22 around 5pm. We picked up within the 20 minute window they gave. Pizza cold, no taste and barely any toppings on the Mr Meaty. VERY Disappointed. We order here and pay much more to get good pizza here. Not tonight. Definitely not up to your usual standard.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I placed an online order on Saturday night and not all of my food was delivered. I called the location and the manager on duty was unhelpful, agrumentitive and was verbally aggressive. I have worked in the service industry for years and would never speak to a guest this way. Hopefully your manager can learn from this and should be retrained.Not worth the money or the hastle.
