Went in today and the batista Cassie stole my points for my order and gave me the wrong items in my order. I have called the store 20 times with no answer and customer service says there is nothing they can do, and they don't have contacts information to the district manager!!!!! I have to drive an hour to get back over there... This will not be nice WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!!!

waited 30 minutes for a strawberry lemonade refresher on the inside, they don’t care about the cafe area at all only the drive thru do not recommend

I got home and unwrapped my order and found the most foul thing on my bacon Gouda egg sandwich. A long piece of hair and some sort of green string attached. I usually never complain but this is the most foul thing they have EVER let happen and I had to share.

It is disgusting to see the barista putting ice in your coffee with her hands. I couldn’t say anything. Is this a joke? Why do you touch the ice with your hands?

Starbucks is my go-to for an afternoon pick-me-up! They also have great breakfast options. I love their heart to give back to the local Birmingham community.
Good mochas here! Service was a bit slow to get my order, and it wasn't busy, but they were really nice. I stop here on occasion when I am traveling through. Never been disappointed.

I waited on drive through for minutes no one was able to serve, i think they were busy with inside customers.
Didn't eat but got a terrific Caramel Macchiato.
