They have no idea what they are doing. I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for a drink.. and there is NO line at the drive thru. They messed up my order and didn’t communicate with me about it. How hard is it? I’ve worked at Starbucks before. So. I know how easy it is especially when there’s no customers

I ordered my usual, white chocolate mocha, and it was delicious. I also ordered a warm cheese Danish and I enjoyed it. The barista's were warm and welcoming.

⭐ 1 Star I’ve gotten coffee from this Starbucks the last three days, and they’ve messed up my order every single time. The same person keeps making it wrong, and when I mentioned it, she literally dumped my coffee into another cup instead of remaking it. I just ended up leaving. The attitude and service here are terrible — even my coworkers have had the same issues. I’m done with this location. Horrible experience overall.
1st visit to this location. Excellent staff, tables available for dining in, fair pricing. 2 Swiss ham & cheese, croissants with 2 large white chocolate mocha is 26.00 Love the croissants!!

I always do mobile pick ups at Starbucks. This is always the worst one. I usually have to wait an extra 10 min because they always make my order last if people order at the register. I guess I should start ordering there 🤷🏼♂️

Went in today and the batista Cassie stole my points for my order and gave me the wrong items in my order. I have called the store 20 times with no answer and customer service says there is nothing they can do, and they don't have contacts information to the district manager!!!!! I have to drive an hour to get back over there... This will not be nice WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!!!
