When the mobile order says 7:42 AM then it’s 8 o’clock order is still not ready. The funny thing is when I leave a 50% tip. It’s always ready on time. If I decide not to leave a tip that day I’m waiting 30 minutes for a mobile order. It’s a black Americano, Not a difficult order. Poor service.
