I ordered chicken lettuce wraps that did not include onion, water chestnuts, or rice noodles that were in the description of the item. I also ordered combo fried rice that had no egg, no onion, and only included 2 shrimp, 3 pieces of dark meat, and chicken that was inedible. I do not recommend this restaurant due to being overpriced and not receiving the food items as described on the menu.

The service in this place is terrible. I just left and it was only me and my girlfriend and when we arrived it took them 10+ minutes to seat us in the area where the chef comes out to cook in front of you but the chef never came out. We ordered an appetizer and we waited for about 45 minutes before we decided to leave. The chef finally came out when a party of 7 came in but we were already packing up to leave. So apparently if you don’t have at least 6 to 7 people then you probably should find somewhere else to eat.

We arrived at lunch; they were open but refused to sit anyone in the Hibachi area. There wasn’t a waitress just people coming in and out of the kitchen working both sides. We weren’t “allowed” to order off the kids menu for 2 of our children who were 10 and under. In addition to the food being poorly done the server couldn’t get the simple drink orders correct. We chucked it up to short staffing and holidays but it got worse. The server charged a party of 2 kids and 1 adult 18% gratuity.
This place used to be a family favorite it’s now on the never list. Owners and management need to do an overhaul. Don’t waste your time or money; there are better places down the road.

My food was good but the service was terrible. My waiter was super rude and nasty to the point someone else had to come take my order. Then at the end of my meal he came and threw my receipt at me and when I asked for a bad he ignored me and stormed off. I spoke to the manager about it but nothing was really resolved.
We went yesterday to have dinner at Stix, and we were five people. When we came back home, all five of us had severe diarrhea and stomach pain. I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant.
