Indoor shopping mall food courts usually have a hibachi styled one and this is exactly it. Been visiting for a few years now and the quality is still as good as it gets. Prices aren’t too bad and the serving portion is pretty big. Recently I tried their steak and it’s pretty good (medium rare). Their sauce is mostly on the sweet side so don’t ask them to put extra if you’re not a fan of that. Service is pretty quick but a queue builds during rush hour.

The food was made to order and good fast food quality. Large beverage and served in a timely manner. The mall seating was crowed and a little messy that day, but I plan to eat there my next visit.

UNSANITARY AND NO REFUNDS!!! No one washing hands, but going between handling money and preparing food. I watched one man dig around in his nose, wipe the sweat off his arms and forehead, take a drink, and wipe his hands on his clothes before grabbing a platter for my meal- touching the inner food contact surface multiple times. When I asked for a refund because I didn't want the food he said they only do exchanges. This was with me ordering in front of them, I'm worried to know what they do when you can't see them preparing your food.

I got it doordashed but the protein was good. The fried rice was bland and didn't have flavor. I was shocked the fried dumplings and spring rolls didn't come with a sauce.

I got the beef with vegggies and noodles. The food would have been good if it had flavor. It was bland. BTW, I did not get the added sauce. I added soy sauce but still no flavor.

I don't know what's up with the other reviews,but every time we go shopping at the Galleria this is mine & my daughter's go to spot to eat. Our food has always been fresh and delicious! Also the employees always seem happy to see us.

Has always been my favorite in the mall. But 2 things. 1 The male cashier needs to speak up more. And not get mad if I can't hear him. 2 the cooks were snickering, make fun of the customers before me, and then me. That's very inappropriate and uncalled for.

Was nervous after reading the reviews, but pleasantly surprised! The teriyaki salmon was the perfect texture and seasoned well. The white rice was sticky and as fresh as you’d find in a dine-in hibachi grill. The steamed vegetables did lack salt, but they were cooked very well. An easy fix with a single salt packet!
