This is a complete customer do it yourself (except the cooking) place. I will never, ever give my hard earned money to a place where you have to do the ordering yourself. I am not an employee there, nor do I get a discount for using your kiosk. There was one other person ahead of us and the wait time was twice as long with less work on their part. So much for service industry...

the past 4 times i’ve gotten food from here my order has either always been wrong or something forgotten. tonight the food i had was horrible along with missing a taco and receiving the wrong drink. you’d think for a hoover location stuff like this wouldn’t happen but it happens more often than ever. i think im forever done with taco bell.
As per usual they screwed up my order. My ticket obviously said no sour cream. They've continuously screwed up the reading aspect. They placed my nacho bell grande under the Mexican pizza and 12 tacos. Apparently too lazy to put them in the normal box the 12 pack of tacos come in. They took about 20 minutes to get my "to go" order ready and I had to get to work. I can't eat sour cream so I had to throw it away.
Thank you Taco Bell for at least being consistent. At least the food I got for everyone else was fine. Just not mine.
The lady at the drive thru window had 0 customer service skills. Seemed like she would’ve rather shit in her hands and clapped than to do her job

The young man working the drive thru tonight told me they couldn’t make my nachos because they were out of the box. I asked if they could just put it in a different box and he said no. So, I ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito instead.
Unbeknownst to me, he decided suddenly he could use a different box, but apparently he was mad about it because the quality of the food was the worst I have ever had from any fast food place. Ever. Period.
Maybe it had nothing to do with him being mad, and instead he was on drugs or alcohol because he was barely coherent through the speaker.
My advice is to avoid this location because they seemingly are all working their very first job ever and their service reflects it.
Kid-friendliness: I would not say this location is kid friendly as the workers are rude and seem to be on drugs
