I never write bad reviews but this place sucks. Every time I go, I ask for the quesadilla to be extra toasted because they fail to cook it right to where the cheese is never melted. Low and behold, same issue today where the cheese is literally solid despite asking for it to be toasted. Learn to do the job and make decent food, it's not that hard.
To the people working the PM shift of Jun 29th, please find another occupation. Worthless incompetent workers rather watch their rap music videos than serve customers.
Went thru the drive-thru the other night and ordered a 5 piece nugget with other things. I live 3 min away and when I got home, the chicken was so hard and dry that I knocked one on my table and it sounded like someone was at my front door. They also only gave me 4.
I drove back up there and went inside. The girl working thr drive-thru was on her phone and didn't look up to acknowledge me at all. Then someone from behind asked if they could help me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was one.
I pulled out the chicken nuggets and showed her how hard and dry they were and her only response was she would get me a refund. No apology at all. She said the fryer was done and I got what was left. Unacceptable!! I enjoy eating at TB but this location at the Grove is awful on most occasions. They either leave something off your order or give you the wrong items or in this case, give you hard dried up nuggets because that's all that was left in the bin.
Get better staff at the Grove and teach your managers to at least apologize for gross negligence and my inconvenience!
Terrible place. Taco Bell is always really good, but this certain location is absolutely terrible. The food tastes like cardboard, cold, and it has given multiple of my friend food poisoning. The workers are always high and I’m not quite sure how they got the job of talking to people because clearly they’re terrible at it. Rudest people you will ever come across. A few times they’ve been fast, but recently I’ve had to wait on my order for 30 mins-an hour at a time. If you get off work late and need something quick (like me), I suggest anywhere else. Or Taco Bell at any other location.
Friendly fellow working the drive-thru
Stopped by Taco Bell on the way home and ordered my usual — a chicken quesadilla, a stacker (swapped beef for steak), and a three-cheese chicken flatbread melt. My nephew got a Nachos BellGrande. When we got the order, the stacker still had ground beef, and the quesadilla felt like it had just come out of the fridge. The cheese wasn’t even close to melted.
I went back to the drive-thru window and explained what was wrong. The guy looked at me and asked, “What do you want me to do about it?” I could see all four employees standing around. I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lobby was empty — not sure what kind of reaction they expected, but I asked them to remake the food correctly and at least make it hot.
They acted annoyed I even brought it up. The new stacker they gave me looked like it had been stepped on, and the quesadilla wasn’t cut or made right — no Baja sauce either. When we got home, my nephew told me his Nachos BellGrande was wrong too.
Lesson learned: next time I’ll just get Chick-fil-A with the kids.
The man working the drive through is super nice.
Today, I bought from this Taco Bell outlet and got frustrated.
I swapped the order from beef to chicken, but they gave me beef with potatoes. I don't know whether the people are reading the requirements, and they have not explicitly given the nachos that I ordered. I don't feel the chicken is fresh here.
Do not go unless you have 3 hours to waste in the drive thru. They tried to give me someone else's order then took FOR-EV-ER to make 2 soft taco Supremes and gave me regular tacos. Made me late getting back to work and when calling to ask for a refund I'm told I have to dispute it with my bank. So I have to consume extra time which I don't have and probably have to get a new ATM card??? No thanks. Oh also don't ask for no lettuce on something because they'll give you extra
ordered online got a chicken quesadilla combo with a soft taco and nacho fries i got my bag from the door dash and was really excited to eat it but was disappointed with reality when i saw that my taco that i payed EXTRA for wasn't even there and my LARGE nacho fries WHICH I PAYED EXTRA FOR WASNT EVEN THERE. i've never been so pissed ever in my life. don't ever order from here.

Been here multiple times when the speaker has not worked. After waiting a while for an answer, I’ve gone around to the window. They tell me I cannot order at the window, only at the speaker. But…they didn’t answer the speaker. And I already waited in line and would rather not wait again. If the speaker or sensor doesn’t work, make an exception and take an order at the window to keep the customer from getting frustrated. Sometimes you have to make exceptions to protocol when technology malfunctions. Again, multiple instances of this happening. Not a one-off.

I am comparing their Cantina bowl to a Taco Bell on Highway 31. The chicken was different and there was only a couple bites
Part of my order was missing

Food was cold and my order was wrong. They added chicken to my veggies bowl. Clearly read veggie bowl on the bag. Too angry to go back and wait another 30 mins to have it corrected. Won't be going back.
