Order #400, Restaurant # 037008, 11/24/25, at 10:03 drive thru. DT Guest receipt.
Requested for Nacho fries and cinnamon twist and was initially advised that the amount due was over $8. I went back around and had my friend to place the same order and they charged him over $4. Instead of apologizing, the manager only looked as if we were playing. He never took accountability. Horrible service!

Honestly, idk why I keep going back to this location. Disrespectful staff, slow service (but when I get my food, it looks like it got caught in a tornado), and food is a crapshoot on whether it’s going to be cooked or not. I’ve never had good service at this location, and whoever owns or runs this location needs to get their staff under control.

If you no longer carry an item, take it off the menu!! Don't changes someone's burrito and expect them to eat it!! If the item is showing on the menu, make it. Cheesy Chili Burrito

All I know is it should not take 23 minutes to get two tacos from a Mobile order. But then again when you have employees scrolling through social media on their phones instead of helping might be a slight issue. And when I confronted the manager about it, which was in plain sight of seeing that also he said yeah I know, I’m like really??

I know that serving the lunch crowd on a Sunday is hectic I just hate when my meal reflects the rush
I ordered the chicken baker and unfortunately the loaded part wasn't that loaded It seemed to be in a mild recession
Hopefully the market turbulence in the near future won't affect my entree

Kid on night shift with red and black dreads needs an attitude adjustment. Rude to customers when he’s forced to do his easy job. The bag smelled like he rubbed it on the trash can. Do not eat here.

Came back a few weeks later, had the same guy take my order and the whole order was wrong. Some food not even in the bag. I reiterate. Do. Not. Eat. Here

The reviews are real. Believe everything you’ve read regarding food quality, customer service and accountability. The food is terrible and the food preparation. Everyone knows Sour Cream goes on a Taco Supreme. This restaurant needs to be closed down immediately. There is no way the reviews, customer service etc. is this way and not one person has responded to any of the complaints regarding the food or service.

Terrible experience and will never return.
