I’ve worked in food service and I absolutely know it can suck but like, I had a very simple order and you’re out here acting like I drove my car through the wall. As a bonus, less than half of my order was correct.

I'm a nice person. I work in service industry too in a call center so I'm extra nice to people who work fast food because they don't get paid nearly enough. For God's sake I'm a liberal Democrat so with that my sit down visit sucked. The receipt shows Jayden V took my order and she was not polite at all. I had to ask for my cup and when I asked for some salt she said they do not have salt however on my frequent visits to this Taco Bell I've always been given salt when I asked. Maybe she thought I'm just another boomer because I did not order at the kiosk. Anyway my food sucked big time because two of the items stuck to the wrappers and it destroyed the items trying to take. The condiment section had no mild taco sauce and other empty bins. The whole experience sucked. Yes her job is hard but if you can't be civil to people move on.

Most of the time I come here they don’t put enough stuff in anything on the menu. Tonight I got two hard shell supreme tacos… #1 where’s the supreme and #2 these are basically empty. Like 2 shreds of cheese and lettuce in each taco and hardly any meat 😭😭😭😭

They got my order wrong and gave me someone’s order. I had to drive back from
My house to get what I had ordered and the whole crew was at the drive thru telling me to move on when I asked them what went wrong. They were all disrespectful and absolutely without any empathy.
The whole crew should be ashamed. They have their job and wonder how they got it. Regardless, the whole crew will never advance in their life regardless. I feel so sorry for them. I will pray for them all.
Vegetarian options: They have veggie options but will never go thru drive thru again after so many years. Always check your order. Most likely these folks cannot read and understand directions. They will screw up your order… guaranteed.

Last night I ordered the Mexican pizza and crunchy taco combo , it was all so delicious. The employees were all so friendly and welcoming. Thank you !
Placed my order at the drive through. The girl asked me to wait. When she finally came to the mic, I placed my order. When I got to the window, my order was wrong. The girl did not apologize for the inconvenience. Blamed the problem on "they" though she clearly took my order. And then told me that I would have to go back through the line and place my order again. Customer service is clearly dead to this Tacobell. Will not be returning. They rarely get your order right anyway.

Each person i interacted with was unnecessarily rude! At pull up i said there would be 2 separate orders. The man said we only take one order. I was like huh? Are you serious, is this a joke? I literally lol Bc I've ordered 2 before. And there was no signage explaining this. I then ordered a cantina bowl, cantina quesadilla and a Mexican pizza. I asked do those come with drinks they said if its combos. I said make the two cantina dishes combos. All throughout this interaction multiple people 2 men and a woman are rushing us and had attitudes at the speaker. One of them said I can't make the cantinas a meal. I asked well what can be? And they kept rushing me saying anything else? I told them well make the pizza and quesadilla meals. Mind you my first statement was I had 2 orders. So naturally all I needed was 2 combos. As they told me to pull around my order was not up on the screen so I couldn't even see what they rung up. They just kept saying pull around rushing me. I get to the window and was charged way more than I expected. Before handing my card I asked whats going on why are they talking to us like that? And are they having a bad night? Has it been busy? I literally said hey hyd? Yall alright? Bc it was so unnecessary to be so mean. When I asked the woman was she ok she rolled her eyes slammed the window and walked off and started talking to the line cook who was standing behind her and apparently was waiting on me to pull up bc he had his arms folded staring extremely long and hard, which was what made me ask how they are doing bc this man with locs was literally looking like he ready to fight! For what!? She then told me the cost. I am talking to her the whole time and she is ignoring me. Then the other guy opened the window said you talking to me? I said yes I want to understand what is the problem he slammed the window no response and walked off to talk with the others. Then before I get handed the food He asked do I need sauce. I told him the avocado sauce he said that's extra its 20 cents. In my mind I'm thinking so you can ring up a separate 20 cents for a sauce but not a separate order in the same car?! Makes 0 sense! I asked for mild sauce and he put it in the bag. He handed it to me and closed the window. We sat waiting. Then the woman came back and said what are you waiting for? I smiled politely and said our drinks...she told the guy and he made them & she gave them to me and said here you go. I said yall have a blessed night and drove off in utter confusion to what the hell just transpired. I get home and my quesadilla was not cut completely, one slice was empty and it was balled up in a square box! We got 3 hard tacos, have no clue why bc I've ordered cantina menu before and never got those plus I NEVER EVER IN LIFE eat hard tacos. Not even at home. If they had told me that was a part of the meal instead of having a funky attitude for no reason I'd have told them take that off. Overall they were rude ,intimidating and completely unprofessional behavior for no reason at all!! And when I got home I prayed really hard for them AND OVER MY MEAL!!!!!! Some people need to spend more time with God before dealing with the public and especially their food. I hope get better in life bc that was horrible. I never do reviews but this truly baffled me. 🙏🏽

The service at this Taco Bell, was absolutely awful. The lady was so rude. I asked her if there’s anyway I could help her with her day and she said f……… No and I said I understand so she continued to use language towards me and my young sister. so I open my door and responded towards her. And she took to the assumption that I was using foul language back to her.
