Will never order from this location again. Too expensive and was not fresh. I spent almost $60 dollars for what smelled and tasted awful. Please be careful and not get sick from eating this. The staff was kind when I picked up my food, but whoever is in the kitchen, shame on you. ?
I ordered a #2 boil and a rum punch. When the boil came out I asked what the seasoning was because the server never asked. He said the juice option. I let him know I didn’t like lemon pepper but wouldn’t send it back because I didn’t want anything out in my food for sending a plate back.I opened every crawfish and mussel and had some left when I was done eating. Once I gave my payment and was sitting the server then decided I didn’t need my leftovers as he took my food and walked away.No wonder the place is empty $30 wasted.
Angela our server was excellent. Food was good and atmosphere was great as well. Glad to see it is finally open!
Shrimp seems like the primary offering. Cajun seasoning seemed to over power the shrimp, but was good. Overall experience was enjoyable. Save your money and skip the mixed drinks, 2/3 ice in a small glass. I will go back and try some of the other selections.
This was the worst service I have gotten from the minute we walked in I felt like a inconvenience to the staff. She ended up sitting us by the bar and the bartender was our server. The 3 of us all ordered crab and she only brought us one cracker and one butter. When we went to pay she picked up our cards and came back and threw the checks on the table and left. We wanted to talk to a manger but the entire staff went and hid in the kitchen we waited about 5 minutes and left. It was such a shame because the food was fantastic but if definitely wasn’t not worth it because the wait staff is that terrible.
Complete Saturday night out with child and wife disaster. 1 couple in the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes for tea and water. Went to bar for beer. Waited 17 more minutes for 6 raw oysters. Waited 10 more minutes for horseradish. I politely requested a new server. The manger harassed me and my family until we left. I asked the manager twice to leave us alone and she wouldn’t leave the table The one calimari appetizer we ate tasted like 90% breading and came from the frozen section of a cheap grocery store. Please avoid this place at all costs.
The food was very salty and the server swiped my card for an extra $10 after getting a cash tip. I’m disputing it with my bank but I’ll definitely never go back. They service was good but the food made me sick!
Great food and service! Definitely will be back!
This place is a JOKE, substitutions are not allowed on the combo menu items. The Talapia taste like processed fish. Voiced our concerns to the manager Corey and he was unbothered.Let’s not mention the unpleasant music full of profanity degrading music! We should have run we pulled up and was immediately seated .Also should you decide to take advantage of the free birthday offer, make certain your party is 6 or more.I selected a one star because that was the least star to select to provide a rating .Our visit deserves 1/2 stars! The 1/2 star is for the cornFirst and very last visit. I personally see the restaurant being short lived

The food was excellent, the seafood was perfectly cooked and the sauce was phenomenal! If you order a combo, it’s enough to serve about 2-3 people so you get plenty of food. The wings were also perfectly cooked. Looking forward to eating in the restaurant, it looks great inside.
Great Place To Eat!! Love the vibe and Music is amazing!! Servers have great personalities!! The Manager is great! This is My New Favorite Spot to eat at!!
After an initial problem missing our hostess call our waitress actually followed us out and offered to seat us which is exemplary service!Food was fresh and well cooked and good sized portions and price was decent. The place was clean and tidy and our waitress was attentive and on point.Reccomended highly.
It was Cinco De Mayo 5/5 and due to the crowds at the local Mexican restaurants forced us to look elsewhere for dinner. It was not crowded at the Juicy Crab with just a few cars in the parking lot. When we entered the bar was closed to customers but drinks were available. Luckily they had just gotten their liquor license on 5/4 the day before. Perfect timing. I ordered a Goat Island Blood Orange Wheat beer and a chilled glass arrived but the can was warm. The server asked me if this was all right but after accepting it this way I regretted it. I still can’t understand why the beer wasn’t chilled? My wife ordered Mr. Pibb but received Fanta root beer instead. I tasted it and it was indeed root beer. The server told us this was all they had but the manager came over and said they had Dr. Pepper. The menu doesn’t state it and the manager’s explanation was the server had simply pressed the wrong selection. Once the new soda arrived it wasn’t Dr. Pepper but we’re not sure what it was but at least it wasn’t root beer! We ordered cheese sticks for our appetizer. For our entrée’s my wife ordered popcorn chicken with sweet potato waffle fries while I ordered the Juicy Crab number 1 combo consisting of sausage, shrimp, potato, and corn. It was good and spiced right. I felt there was fair amount of food for the money. I should have used the bib and the plastic gloves they gave me but this is my fault as it was all over the front of my shirt and I had to wash my hands before we left. The popcorn shrimp were all right and better the day. The sweet potato waffle fries were crispy and better than some places we’ve been. Our waitress was friendly and semi attentive. I am not sure when we’ll return here as there are a lot of other Seafood restaurants in Birmingham and surrounding areas we haven’t tried yet but this not a reflection of this restaurant’s food or service.
Came in here not knowing what to expect. Coming from Omaha Nebraska and wanting to try something new. I was very pleased with the menu options for sausage and shrimp juicy style mild they were so good. The wait staff “ARII”was amazing really took the time to help me decide what to eat. Food came out fast and hot.
