These ladies on 12/17 are so sweet that offered my husband to return for free ice cream because he did not tell them before paying. Best dessert šØ in ages!!!

We are locals and my kids love coming to this place. Usually it is a pleasant experience for all. Unfortunately that was not the case today. I will not go into all of the details because Iām not into public shaming, but I will say I received very poor customer service from an adult who should have better manners and tact as one who works in the food service industry. I understand we all have bad days, however, I would appreciate the owner contacting me to discuss my experience today.

My family and I absolutely love going to the whole scoop. The staff and owner are always so friendly. Iām gluten free and the owner always takes the time to tell me which ice creams I can have and they have gluten free cones which is a major plus!
