I had been referred by a family member who ate there and so glad I decided to try it. My pizza was cooked fresh but came out quickly and was some of the best in the area in my humble opinion. I will definitely be back!

Honey, it’s sweater weather season and that means oversized sweatsuits and stuffing our faces. I’ve just recently found ya’ll and OH MY GOSH! What a little slice of delight (or whole pan of delight!! 🫠) I’m now obsessed and my husband is on his way to pick up our order now……. At Uncle G’s, there’s no such thing as “ordering too much”…. There’s never enough for me…. I could eat the whole dang Cool It Down! I mean, holyyy molyyyy!!! Anyways…. I’m wiping drool off my screen and it’s time to throw my sweatpants on soooo…. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

We typically love uncle G's especially bc they have vegan cheese
However I'm not sure if they've changed the cooks at riverchase but the past few times we've ordered there has been SO much garlic on the pizza (and I like garlic) but it's so much that we're having to scrape it all off with most of our toppings and my kids now will only eat the pizza from the bottom of the pizza and skip all the toppings which is a waste of money.

Very disappointing for $86 dollar pizza. Two pizzas and cheese bread and it was not nearly as good as what we had through their food truck twice before (which was also extremely over priced, but at least delicious). We’ve decided we won’t be using this company again for our Friday night pizza night, at least not any time soon.

Uncle G’s Pizza one of my favorite places to get pizza! I remember when they served pizza in Pelham and before! The pizza has only gotten better!

We had half and half, Buffalo Bill and pepperoni! They were both good but it was my first time to have the Buffalo. It was soooo good!!

After 4pm I believe you can only get whole pies and not slices. But we did get half and half for this reason. If you use cash it has to be exact change.

Plenty of seating inside as well.

If you haven’t tried this pizza you must!

Uncle G’s is so good. Definitely top 3 pizzas in Birmingham! Ordering system in Hoover is a little weird with prompting sequence but going more often I’m sure I’d learn it.

The Uncle G’s food truck at the West Homewood Farmers Market is my favorite. My go to is the Garlic Cheesy Bread and I’m never disappointed.

Attention all pizza lovers ‼️ if you are looking for the best pizza in Birmingham, this is the place to go!! The pizza gives off an authentic vibe, smell, and taste to it, their menu might be small but it sure does pack quite a punch.

Atmosphere: I legit thought this was a buffet at first, it looks strikingly similar to a Cici's pizza but more modern like and the colors don't pop as much here, it's just a regular old pizza place but it's big, huge, lots of seating and of course parking is accessible all around the restaurant.

Service: There was a very sweet young lady at the register, telling us what the most popular pizza was, I believe it was "The Prince" if I'm correct but it's equivalent to an all-meat pizza if you're into that, I asked if water was free and true enough, it was!!! Get your free water cup folks ‼️

Food: Now this will surely turn heads, but there is a menu with not a lot of items but they each have their own identity, their personality and each one will decide whether it might be your favorite or the absolute worst but who am I kidding? I got the "Cool It Down or Cool it Off" whatever it might be named, consists of mostly a cheesy texture, but it isn't all meat by any means, I'm a pizza lover too but that isn't the best pizza but maybe one of the worse ones, others are pretty self-explanatory, Cici's used to be here, why not try Uncle G's , thank you man! ?? Also if you get a pan pizza on a Monday, you get an $8.00 discount!?
