Walk-On's always hits the spot. A lot of Louisiana inspired cuisine mixed in with standard regular American cuisine.

It's a highly sports-oriented establishment and TVs are all over on different channels. Sports uniforms are pretty neat.

The Louisiana inspired cuisine is Pretty good overall. They have really good burgers. The catfish isn't overly well flavored and they're kind of more like nuggets than fillets but they're okay. Everything else is really solid.

Always a good environment and good food.

Salad was brought with entree. Salad was also not washed, chemical tasting. My Cajun steak was cooked unevenly and mostly gristle. Only saving grace was fried fish and broccoli. Will not be back and won't bring corporate or employees here again.

If you like obnoxiously loud environments while you eat, this is your place to go! The service wasn’t good at all. They asked if we needed anything and we responded with “yes, a coke and more salad dressing.” We waited 10 mins and had to call over a sever. The food was good though.

Host walked an older person on a cane to the farthest table that was down three steps. Waitress stepped over menus that had fallen under the table, but been pushed out by patron. The manager picked them up when he made his rounds. We shared with him that the water tasted foul. He said he knew, but that was the fault of the City of Hoover. We had to buy two bottles of water.
I chose fried shrimp poboy because I didn’t want spicy boom-boom shrimp. Shrimp was spicy and overcooked. Sweet potato fries were good.
The walls, etc need refreshing. The place looks scuffed up and tired.

We came here on a college football Saturday and the atmosphere was great! TVs are everywhere with multiple games playing and the bar has nice seating, so you can come by yourself and still have a great time. My mom and I were seated at a table pretty quickly and the food + drinks arrived in a fashionable time. I’m not typically a big alcohol drinker but the blueberry coconut mojito was fireeee!! My mom got grilled chicken with grits and broccoli, while I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich meal. Both were delicious and came out hot. With all that being said, I’ll be back :)

The food was pretty mediocre, and the atmosphere was kind of drowsy. Our server was great, but all of the other waitresses looked annoyed. I'd honesly go to A buffalo wild wings or another sports bar for the price point.
